Total scam! Do not trust the positive reviews. They do not want to return the money - reporting to the police!

I ordered the phone to be unlocked and the service was not completed. I have requested a refund. The money was not returned, I think they are scammers! Order number 1689844 to be fair. Don't mess with them, don't trust them.
I may have been deceived for the last time, but you will not be deceived.

Total scam!! started out 25 dollars then they needed 55 dollars then said 225 dollars for premium unlock or refund to use on there site , as if I will ever try this piece of crap again.

I asked for a refund because it's been days and my phone is still locked. I haven't got a respond yet. I have sent multiple emails

switched from Plusnet to Lyca and new sim would'nt work. phone was locked but not by Plusnet. keying in loads of different numbers, hoping they were the code to unlock and used up 4 out of 5 lives. only had one go left so turned to sim-unlock. most of the reviews were not good at all, but desperate and the fees were very cheap, i took a chance. my phone is an old Doro flip phone, so payed in the money and they sent a code immediately which worked straight away. no waiting. so you can imagine i was thrilled. would i use them again. you bet i would.

They sent me a message stating the I need to pay more to get my sim unlocked or I can request a refund.
I requested a refund and It's been a week without a response. Totally scamm.
