Silver Circle Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery and cocktail destination based on a working farm in the beautiful Wye Valley, Monmouthshire, just a short drive from Chepstow and the Forest of Dean. We produce small-batch Welsh spirits using locally sourced and foraged botanicals and welcome visitors throughout the year for distillery tours, gin tastings, cocktail experiences and seasonal events. Our bar and tasting room offer expertly made cocktails, local food collaborations and regular events including pizza nights, quiz evenings and special experiences inspired by Scandinavian traditions. We are passionate about sustainability, working closely with local producers and using recyclable packaging wherever possible. Whether you're looking for a unique day out in Monmouthshire, a distillery tour near Chepstow, a gin tasting experience in South Wales or simply a place to relax with great drinks and views of the Wye Valley, Silver Circle Distillery offers a warm welcome and memorable experiences for visitors and locals alike.
