This phone service is touted as cheaper for seniors. It would be if things worked as I liked. I purchased a flip phone which I couldn't hear on well at all, so I wanted to go back to my old phone. They expected me to be able to put the new sim card in the old phone, and I couldn't do it so they said to have someone help. Who?
I contacted Silvercell and they said they will be sending me a new phone. Will advise when received.

Scott and Robin were both excellent to work with. Wow! I was really impressed the way Scott walked me threw everything.
