I paid all kinds of money and Everytime they have added more things to me. They have lied to me I had made a final payment they said that was all. After that they send me a bill for $200 more I'm a disabled senior this has drained everything I had even my savings I can not pay this $200. Now they are telling me that if I don't pay it they are going to distroy my property. What is inside that package could never be replaced. Is there anyone who could find it in there heart to help me with this matter? Thank you well here's an update now my package has been sent somewhere else and I only have days if I don't pay there either going to destroy or action it off. This is so heartbreaking

I have an update on Silver bird. As of Monday Feb. 23 2026
My package has never made it to me. On Saturday I I have paid over $1,400. They promised if I pay this last payment again, my package will be delivered Sunday morning between 7am -10am. Surprise! Long story short. If anyone can guess? Another Security Road stop. They want $200 more. My savings is gone. My account is in the red. I never received my package. So now they have put is I had abandoned it. In my opinion Don't do any business with them!!

Daniel Conway and Geoff Rowley of FRP Advisory Trading Limited were appointed the Joint Special Administrators (“JSAs”) of Silverbird Global Limited (“the Company” or “Silverbird”) on 13 March 2024.
Only limited information is available at this early stage of the Special Administration. Our initial actions will be to secure the assets of the Company, including securing all customer safeguarded funds.
Whilst every effort will be made to return funds to customers as soon as possible, it will firstly be necessary for the JSAs to secure control of all relevant information, reconcile balances and/or establish customer entitlements, ensure that the necessary due diligence and know your customer (KYC) information is present, current and correct, and follow the prescribed statutory distribution process. Unfortunately, customers will not have access to their funds while this work is undertaken.
They just shut up any operations. Money in my account got frosen.
This company is bankrupt we have our funds blocked we don't know how to recover our funds and can anyone help us we will be grateful 🙏
Everything was smooth when we started in 2023, while we have already received several emails beginning of 2024 saying that USD accounts are no longer accessible, and the recent is that the service is under some sort of “Special Administration” and funds can’t be accessed at all, wow, that’s a next level of finance fraud in my opinion. Red flags everywhere, stay away from this service.

I applied to this company to receive payment for my company and send money to my bank account. There has been no response for 3 weeks, still no approval or rejection. They have a really bad system.

Our company had used our Silverbird account for one transaction only. The next transaction we wanted to make to the tax authorities (4.860 DKK and a supplier of 3.795 EUR) was rejected. We made these payments in primo december 2023. It took 4 weeks for the money to come back to our account and now we can not use our account because of their banking partner does not want to offer us an account. Multiple times our manager tells us that she'll be back tomorrow with new information or that "it will be done by the end of this week" but never has anything been solved yet. We are having trouble with tax authorities and suppliers now because Silverbird is stalling our funds and not letting us control our own funds. It is a devastating and horrible experience and I need this complaint to be public so when tax authorities etc need proof of why we did not pay, they can see this and that we are without guilt. I urge Silverbird to let us transfer our own funds now and then terminate our account as we want nothing to do with your services anymore.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Silverbird, a service I signed up for in the hope of obtaining a bank account, IBAN, and SWIFT code. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by a complete lack of communication and inadequate customer support.
Upon submitting all the required documents for my account application, I patiently waited for over four days, anticipating a response or confirmation. To my dismay, not only did I receive no communication about the status of my application, but I also discovered that my account had been closed without any notification.
Attempts to check the status of my application through the online portal proved futile as I was unable to access any information. When reaching out to their customer service, I was informed that my account had been closed, leaving me bewildered and frustrated. The lack of transparency and the absence of any attempt to contact me about the status of my application are unacceptable.
This experience has been not only time-consuming but also reflects a severe lack of professionalism and customer-centricity on the part of Silverbird. Closing an account without informing the applicant, especially after a significant waiting period, is inexcusable.
I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Silverbird, as my encounter with their service has been marked by a disappointing lack of communication, transparency, and customer support.
Outstanding experience provided by Valeria from Silverbird for the on-boarding process. She made the account opening process smooth and easy. Everything was completed in a few days and the account is now ready.
