Buyer beware
I received a monogrammed ice cube mold as a gift. It is absolute garbage. Monogram looks terrible, one letter is backwards, and mold leaks and does not work well. Customer service took over a month to respond and refused any assistance. Buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE
Ordered a "Thank you for Hosting Us" gift for a friend in November. I received notification that the package had been delivered to her home in Pinehurst NC. A few days after receiving that notification, we spent Thanksgiving at her home. The gift had not arrived as I'd been led to believe it was. I contacted Siligrams customer service who, initially, seemed intent on resolving the issue. They said that they'd send a shipment to my home instead so that I could be sure it arrived. I said that I'd take care of getting the gift to my friend. What they instead did, was ship another order to my friend home in NC. That shipment never arrived. I received a message from one of their customer service representatives who said they would "personally" make sure this was resolved satisfactorily. It is now nearly two weeks since I received that message, and they are now not responding to my messages.
In a nutshell, I ordered two monogramed ice trays and a large doggie bone tray for a friend in November of 2024. It is now January 2025 and they have not remedied the situation. I spent over $156 dollars for this gift. I will of course now seek whatever recourse is available as they clearly have failed to resolve this issue,
Don't make the same mistake I did. There are legit companies out there that truly care about delivering a quality product,
Siligrams is not to be trusted.
Update: After contacting the friend I ordered this gift for, the Siligrams rep was able to confirm she had received the second shipment they sent. My friend had no idea who sent the gift, because Siligrams failed to include the gift card that I had ordered along with the merchandise.

Communication was quick and clear. Production time was fast and final product was accurate and arrived when promised.
Good quality fast turn around
I was very impressed with the turn around for a custom order. Order came in a couple of weeks from ordering. Product was as described.
Excellent Service & Quality Customized Molds
Clay and the Team designed a customized mold with our client's logo that turned out fantastic! Communication was great and we were able to make adjustments so that the molds were exactly what we needed for the final product. Siligrams delivered quality molds (total of 200 cavities) meeting project requirements and deadlines! We will definitely be working with them again for future projects!!!

I placed my order in November and have NOT received the product to date.
JUNK
The ice is so hard to remove from the mold and for the price it is NOT worth it. Do not waste your time. The cubes come out spidered and foggy. Customer service is a joke - they don’t respond and if they do it is a BOT CANNED response. There is no phone number and they don’t stand behind their product. Absolutely Junk!!
Perfect Gift
Ordered the large bar mat for my son as a Christmas gift. It turned out even better than expected. Great communication, fast shipping, amazing quality. Definitely recommend.
Skip the Line!
Do not pay for Skip the Line! I paid 59.00 ordering on the 19th and you didn’t ship until Dec. 24. This not my idea of getting it out fast. Also, it’s Dec 28 and haven’t received my items! Poor service.

TERRIBLE - DO NOT BUY
Terrible Customer Service
I ordered this product with the confirmation that shipping would be 5-7 days. This was important because I was moving in 31 days from my order date, but assumed it wouldn’t be an issue since it was supposed to ship long before that. I reached out to them two weeks later after not receiving my order and got no response. I reached out again through Paypal and they just sent me the tracking info that they created THAT DAY. Which, was 25 days after the order was placed with an expected arrival of a week. I messaged customer service and told them I would no longer be at that location since the shipping was delayed and requested a refund or to be shipped to the new address and they basically told me “tough luck, once an order is processed/shipped they cannot offer refunds or edits”. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be contesting this with my bank.
Save your hard-earned money for something else
Firstly, they must have used amazing lighting to get their cubes to look good. I'm attaching pictures of 'their pic' on the left and the reality of how mine look on the right(I took several in different locations with different lighting.) Additionally, notice on 'their' pic you see a line at the top and bottom of 'bar 431'. Mine arrived without that detail. So when I reached out to them, they sent me a pic of what I 'approved'(pic also attached.) Of course, I was looking to make sure that I had no typos. It NEVER occurred to me to say 'hey, where is the line at the top and the bottom.' When I wrote to them, they weren't interested in helping me. Now, when I said 'okay....when I approved that since it didn't have those lines, how would I go about making sure I got the one in the pic if I ordered again?' Crickets. At the end of the day, I wasted $90 for a terrible product and terrible customer service. I'll go back to the drawing board for the gift for my friend.
Go elsewhere…
Don’t waste your time with this company. I ordered almost $300 worth of product and paid extra for “guaranteed Christmas delivery.” My order didn’t arrive on time so I had no gifts to give for the occasion. Awesome.
There was also zero communication regarding my packages not arriving on the guaranteed date until I reached out three days before Christmas to inquire about updated tracking information.
Customer service said I must be “one of the unlucky ones” that won't receive their package on time. I was also told by another customer service rep that I could “print a picture of the item online and share it as the gift so my recipient could get excited about what’s coming.” I’m sorry, what???
Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere because this company is a joke.
