Silicon Road is an independent tech repair and trade-in shop in Aberkenfig, Bridgend, South Wales. We repair iPhones, Samsung and Android phones, iPads and tablets, MacBooks, Windows laptops, desktop PCs, and games consoles including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Repairs cover cracked screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port faults, water damage treatment, data recovery, and board-level microsoldering that many shops won't touch. We also buy, sell, and part-exchange refurbished tech. Every phone, tablet, laptop, and console we sell is fully tested and checked before it goes out, whether you buy in store or through our eBay shop. Trade in your old device against something newer, or sell it to us outright for a fair cash price. Silicon Road is owned and run by the person actually doing the repairs, so you get honest advice, transparent pricing, and no upselling. Free diagnostics and quotes, fast turnaround, and straightforward service for Bridgend, Aberkenfig, Sarn, Tondu, Maesteg, and the surrounding South Wales area.

I hate tech and have had poor experiences in the big "mainstream" shops, but Callum and his team were absolutely fantastic, not only did they fix my Apple issue but also was also cheaper and better than I ever expected :) Thank you!! Highly recommended to anyone.

Bought an iPhone 12 at an incredibly good price, in excellent condition with a new battery and screen. Callum’s a really lovely guy - he will NOT rip you off.
Buying a 2nd hand phone is usually a nightmare - make your life easier by going to Silicon Road, Bridgend - you can even park right outside.
