Very prompt service with good quality stylus pen, worked perfectly with my laptop. Very happy with product and service.

I have bought multiple products from SC, they are always competitively priced, the delivery is always excellent and quick. An recently when I have had to do a return for an item the customer service has been quick to respond and fantastic. I will always use them first before looking elsewhere for computer products.

I ordered a replacement Dell power adapter for a work laptop that was no longer available from Dell. The order process was smooth and straightforward, the price was competitive and the parcel arrived, well packages with free shipping within 24 hours. Excellent service all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others

Recieved dell charger within one day. Excellent service

Ordered one day delivered the next - excellent service.

Very helpful staff (I dealt with Tarkan). I needed a load of obsolete/used Dell HDMI/USB-C adapters and they had them in stock and they came quickly with full tracking details.

Next day delivery, very well packed laptop, looks like new and prompt customer support.
Will use Silicon Connect again

Ordered a laptop battery When it arrived it was not the correct one for my laptop. I did research on the manufacturers website, but it appears the info was not accurate for my laptop as there is more than one possibility for it!
However, The team at Silicon Connect were most helpful and arrange return code. I had the refund confirmed next working day. I would use this company again as their service was excellent and they were very knowledgeable. Thank you.
