The kickoff call was thorough- they mapped out milestones and gave realistic estimates for each phase. Reporting was clear and the project stayed within scope, with the exception of one extra feature we decided to add mid-way. They managed the change well by creating a separate milestone and adjusting timelines transparently. Delivery matched our requirements and adoption metrics have trended up since launch.
