The staff was incredible, detailed, and went over the top to make sure our sign (which had custom dimensions) was perfect. They were patient as our small town wrangled over permits and drawings. The price was super fair. DID I SAY the team was incredible. High quality sign/materials. You won't regret it!

This was the first time I used SignMonkey. Ordering was easy and they even made suggestions to style. The cost was very reasonable. When we got the sign it exceeded my expectations. I was nervous ordering a sign like this on the internet, but they made it easy, confirmed with me the details and it arrived safely.

Great communication from design and planning.
Hit a hiccup when sign arrived, established date was incorrect. Understand the confusion though as there was some back and forth. SignMonkey sent out a replacement cover, was a little more difficult to remove old and install new one on the can. Truthfully think this should have been handled in house. Small and only issue.

Everything finally installed and up on the building and working well.

Awesome sign with an awesome price. We have had so many complements on our sign already. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the template packet was not delivered with the sign. We did not discover this until it was time to install the sign. They were going to send us a new one, but we didn't have time to wait. Installation was still fairly easy without the template.

We needed a sign for our business and got a quote from a local sign company. The price was good, but the delivery time was too far out. I reached out to Sign Monkey and for a similar price including shipping we got it a month before the local company could promise it. The sign came packed extremely well. Customer service reps were easy to work with. The template was great so that I can design and edit as many times as I needed. The end result of the sign is absolutely beautiful. Very cost efficient.

I sent the email below following our installation and never received a response. It would have been a good gesture on their part.

I also think they should work with customers on payment. Payment in full is difficult for us when we charge the customer 50% down on projects. Some customers (Gov, school districts, etc. will not give any down payment and only pay upon completion) Those jobs we wouldn't consider using SignMonkey.

We were able to get the 42’s installed this week. The customer is happy with the installation, and I will send you pictures when I have them.

I did want to let you know there were a few issues with the install. There was a lot of trash left inside each number and lights that had become loose that we had to remove all the faces after we installed them to clean them out and reattach lights that were hanging down on the faces. One had a nail left in it and all had a fair amount of metal shavings. All of which rested directly on the acrylic faces after they were installed. I am sure most of your channel letters and light boxes are not mounted on a ceiling. I just thought you might want to know for future projects.
