My Castelli bib shorts were faulty. A hole appeared on the seam first time I wore them. I called them up. They made a note. I returned them and they sent me a new pair by return.

I purchased a gravel bike from Sigma Sports and the customer service was amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received. I'll use Sigma Sports for future component and bike purchases.

Quick delivery by a decent delivery firm -DPD, so not left on my doorstep and off before I took delivery. My Ale cycling bib shorts were well packaged, are good quality and in good condition.

Bought my second expensive bike from Sigma in a year. All the basics were done very well - correct bike, built well, available on time, set to my measurements… Just left a little disappointed that no discounts/freebies were offered on bottle cages, bottles or mini multitool that isn’t supplied with an £8k bike even though there’s a storage fittings for it! Basic torque kit freebie is a nice touch, but with only three settings, (4, 5, 6Nm) of limited use.

Absolutely first class service for a follow up bike fit. Uldis was completely professional and offered an excellent service. He resolved all of my issues and even gave me a few riding tips along the way

First time visiting the store and was greeted by friendly, well informed, and thoroughly nice staff. The shop was well stocked with a range of brands, equipment, and lots of sizes in most of the clothing, helmets, shoes, etc. Staff were not pushy and was made to feel like it was fine to look around, try on, and generally take time. Great bike shop for sure and will definitely be back.
