Sigma Sports - Letchworth Anmeldelser 

I rode over to Sigma Sports today on my new Gravel Bike (not from Sigma - sorry) to pick up an order for a Trek Light. On the way my 1x12 gears were jumping. Concerned something bad was wrong with my new bike, I spoke to staff and the mechanic took a look. 15 minutes later all was fixed, just an internal cable had relaxed into place and needed adjustment. I offered to pay but was told it was fine.
I cant tell you how grateful was, the ride home was perfect.
Thanks again, I will recomend you to friends and I will be back ...

Kristina, at Sigma Letchworth managed the build of my SWORKS Aethos. Sourcing all the components and completing it in time for a trip to Girona where it was christened on the Rocacorba. The service throughout, from Kristina and mechanics Eben and David, was seriously impressive. Furthermore their technical & product knowledge was second to none and greatly assisted in the final build specification. I’d have no hesitation recommending them.
They are a credit to Sigma.
The bike is pretty decent too.

The team are friendly and knowledgeable and whilst they aren't the closest store to me they are the ones I trust to look after my bikes and biking requirements.

Had an excellent experience with Carolyn at the Letchworth shop. She was very attentive and gave me very good advice. She spent a lot of time making sure that I had exactly what I wanted. It was such a great experience that I would recommend this shop and particularly Carolyn for any bicycle related advice.

I recently bought my new Cervélo Áspero gravel bike from Sigma Sports in Letchworth, and the whole experience was outstanding. Carolyn, who looked after me, was fantastic from start to finish.

This wasn’t just a standard bike purchase—it was a full custom build. I bought some parts directly from Sigma Sports, but I also had a number of components I’d sourced elsewhere. What really impressed me was that Carolyn and the team were more than happy to fit all the parts, regardless of where they came from, and did so at no extra cost. That’s exceptional service you just don’t see everywhere.

The handover was also brilliant. Carolyn went above and beyond to make sure I was properly fitted to the bike and comfortable with everything. It really felt like a personalised experience rather than just a transaction.

I’ll admit, I used to think Sigma were on the pricier side, but I was wrong. My bike was actually cheaper in their sale than anywhere else, and with service like this, the value speaks for itself.

I’ve used Sigma before as my local bike shop, but this was my first full-bike purchase—and I couldn’t be happier. I’d fully recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service, great prices, and a real personal touch.

Excellent service from Leon who spent a great deal of time to ensure the bike fit was absolutely correct, with an offer to come back after several rides on the road if any tweaks were required.

Your Letchworth store were very helpful - a good experience.

Parking available onsite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Caroline advised us two novice triathletes on sizing and fitting of wetsuits. Careful instruction was given on putting on and removing the wetsuits and how to look after them.
The whole experience was relaxed and we both came away feeling informed and very happy with our purchases. We will definitely go back for any further tri equipment required.
