2 week delay in sending my chain (my mistake for not paying balance). Rang shop and organised next day delivery. Arrived within 1 hour window predicted.

I have had issues with my feet for a while and was recommended to go to Sigma. Matt at the Kingston shop was very helpful finding me a suitable shoe and really took his time.

Then Salvo helped me with making some insoles on extremely short notice in order to get me ready for a race. Spending time with him and with his knowledge and experience, made me understand why I was having issues with my feet and how an old injury is affecting the way I cycle.

I would very much recommend the Kingston branch and Matt and Salvo. Thank you!!!

I recently bought a new bike from Sigma and the service was great from start to finish - I used cycle to work scheme and Sigma were on it with the process and getting the bike set up ready for me to collect in perfect time!

Delivered to my brothers place in East Grinstead cos they don't ship to NZ unfortunately, Europe yes, down under no, mores the pity, but thanks to family who will sort the shipping, I can take advantage of the wider range of products Britons and Europeans can enjoy from Sigma Sports.

Collecting my bike was handled well. Dom did a fantastic handover.
There was a delay getting from the warehouse to Sigma HQ, but it was expedited when I asked.

Excellent silver service. Bike looks and works like new again. Not cheap but happy to pay for quality.

Great service as always. I booked my bike in for a service and it took them held the amount of time to do a lot of work and they charged me half the quoted price! Excellent! They know their stuff, care and are excellent on price.

The bike was serviced at Hampton Wick and I got a message to collect which I then confirmed I’d swing by on a Saturday. Imagine my surprise when, on arriving at the store, I was told my bike had unexpectedly been shipped back to Grantham!

As you can imagine I wasn’t overly impressed.

The bike was eventually returned to Hampton Wick a few days later.

I have given a four star review as the asst manager (who’s name I didn’t get) knocked £35 off the bill!
