Excellent service as usual

This was my first Sigma Sports (HW) organised Social Ride - I've only recently taken cycling up as a way to get fitter. The event was friendly. well organised and resourced (staffed). The rules-of-the-ride were clear, as was the route, distance and speed we'd cycle.

Lou & Steve were our ride captains. Both were very personable, helpful and unfazed when our path was blocked by a fire appliance, requiring us to reroute.

I felt safe at all times and the experience has helped my cycling. Thanks to everyone for making it happen.

I wanted to upgrade my bike and needed help and advice about the right options that were available. Neal and the team at Sigma Sport were excellent by ensuring he understood what was important to me, taking my relevant measurements and then providing a number of options that would fit me within my budget. The overall consultation and bike fit left me feeling positive and confident that the recommendation would suit my needs.
The collection and orientation process with my new bike were excellent and I am extremely happy with the choice that I made.

Great customer service and staff knowledge in cycling equipment and products

Had a bike fit at Sigma sports and it was a really insightful and helpful experience. Salvo was exceptional when it came to what I was looking for from the bike fit and also offered some strength training tips to improve posture and comfort on the bike. I felt I gained some valuable advice and tips which will help me get back in to road cycling again. Would 100% recommend and well worth the money when it comes to comfort and enjoyment of road cycling.

Sigma are a great shop. They have very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff and because they sell many different brands of bike they will find the right fit for you as opposed to pushing one brand in particular. They also have a very responsive and helpful What's App chat for queries.

Very poor customer service. They are very good at making you pay, but the post sales/delivery process and communication is awful. I have chased many times to no success, hardly any response on email, a very poor experience given the price you are paying.

Looking to buy a gravel bike and was guided to something that I'm loving riding. I felt I got good value for money with a bike geometry that suits what I'm looking to achieve on the bike. Neil gave me some top tips as well on the tubeless set-up.

Excellent gear & delivery + online usage of the cycle to work voucher was very convenient. But slightly disappointed by the bike build and change of products from what stated and shown as being included on the website.

The build was slightly disappointing, as it came with the checked certificate, but I had to reposition the disc brakes upon setup.

Then the mismatch between order & delivery was the change in tyres. I understand that manufacturers can change products and product availability varies, but then tell me! Don't just sit on it and wait for a disappointed and confused customer!
An alternative product that matches the aesthetic - rather than the new manufacturers product that would essentially be the same spec, but with a different aesthetic - would have been a very nice proactive ask to have received, and i think for the sake of ~£10/tyre, not particularly tasking.
