I ordered some cold boots from this store that was $269 and when I received them, they are plastic, very cheap material and they don't even fit my feet. I ordered my correct size which is a 71/2 and omg, they don't fit at all. This store is a scammer. They take your money and don't give u a refund or exchange. I could throw this boot in the garage because that's how bad they look. I'm reporting this store to the better business bureau. Don't Don't Don't Don't Don't order any shoes from this store. U will be disappointed

You find most models on sale on Temu.. this is a typical scam dropshipping website that sells plastic shoes from China. Beaware..

The shoes arrived and looked cheap (poor quality). The sizing runs large and they aren’t worth the price. They don’t accept returns or exchanges. This is a scam.

Boots were not the same as picture. Could not get ahold of anyone to make a return. BUYER BEWARE.

NO STAR AT ALL.
They sent the wrong product and infomed me, after I contacted them, that the shoe is somewhat similar enough...to the one I ordered.
They are refusing to take the shoes back and reimburse me for the delivery of a wrong product which I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP, NOR WOULD HAVE PURCHASED.

The product was very bad it’s looks good on the website but very bad I am looking forward to returning it but I can’t get their contact information I am very disappointed

I bought two shows $149 each. Very bad quality. Pvc. Does not fit. Instead of my refund, they are offering 60% store card. Stay away from them. They are THIEVES from the pit of hell. Stay away from them.

The shoes are poor quality and do not look like in the picture. They are sending you the products from China and they do not respect the delivery time. It does not take 10 to 15 days rather 1 month and when the products arrived they did not match the pictures from the website. Extremelly disappointed. Dont buy!

I ordered a pair of their shoes for my wedding. I paid expedited shipping to get them in time, but unfortunately they never came. I have yet to get a shipping notification so I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I received an email telling me that the shoes were late and they were sorry if that wasn't the outcome I wanted. They refuse to cancel my order or give me a refund. I spent $220. My legal team is on it

This company its scam ! It shoould be blocked from all internet , i order shoe for 155 dollars and i never received it ! I keep sending email to ask my refund they never did ! Its 1 month iam waiting

Further to my previous review ,5 weeks after paying for my order ,it arrived finally ,but two sizes bigger than i ordered !Instead of providing me with return details ,they have asked me to upload photos showing the size of the shoe they sent .Its a shocking service

This website shows beautiful shoes, but in actuality you get the remake of whatever is being presented. They are overpriced, but a customer does not realize that until the remake shoe shows up and you realize that it is not the same shoe presented on the website (which is not worth the money) )They will absolutely not refund your Money, Even though the return policy on their website says that they will. I advise everyone to just skip past this website and do not order anything from them. The shoes that you are looking at will not be the same shoes that are sent therefore do not waste your time or money ordering from this website. I think they are scammers and very unprofessional.
