I recently dealt with one of your…
I recently dealt with one of your customer service advisors regarding a faulty appliance. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite my clear explanations and reasonable requests, the advisor repeatedly refused to acknowledge that the product may have a design issue.
I was told the only option was to send the appliance to a technical inspection with no timeframe for return and no temporary replacement offered, even though the machine was only a few weeks old and faulty from first use. Attempts to clarify outcomes or get any written confirmation about the appliance’s performance were dismissed.
Overall, I felt the advisor was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility, leaving me with no practical solution other than to escalate the matter with the retailer.
I hope the company improves both its processes and training to ensure customers are treated fairly and efficiently in future.

Excellent customer service
Went on the the Siemens web site looking for a spare part for a gas hob I purchased in 2003 which is still as good as new. I spoke to an agent Mark who was very helpful and I was able to upload an image of the part with the code on it and Mark from Siemens was able to give me the correct reorder code for the part.

A pleasant and successful experience
The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the spare part I needed quickly and accurately. Ordering was also straightforward and acknowledgment included an estimated delivery date. Postage was also reasonable. I had to call about delivery because the country depot hadn’t any stock, but the agent I spoke to was helpful and informed and there were no subsequent issues. Overall, a pleasant and successful experience.
