Dishwasher repair.
I needed a dishwasher repaired. Siemens let me know the night before the 3 hour timeframe in which the engineer would arrive. I also received a phone call from the engineer 20 minutes before his arrival. He had the correct part that needed to be replaced,taking note of the error code on the dishwasher and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly and took the time to make sure the dishwasher was working properly before he left.
The only negative is the call out charge and that it took a week to get an appointment. Overall I am pleased with the service.

Product registration woes
Person at Siemens excellent[Craig] when I spoke to him. I bulk bought electrical appliances for new house. All booklets [Too many] kept and today I went about registering them.3 numbers needed. NOT printed anywhere...behind freezer,back of fridge,in ovens etc...Surely Siemens can do better...lots of foreign language booklets etc included BUT please put detachable stickers where they can be easily read in decent size letters! Website encourages you to add multiple items once logged in. After 2 fails I whatsapped the no online .Got Craig eventually who checked website was functional and advised single item registration. Very good service from Craig...Siemens should do better.
