I’ve played a few other sites and never had an issue until I registered and played on sidepot. There excuse after excuse for not redeeming SC won. I’m still waiting on my redemption. They blame it on there card processor. But that’s just an excuse. They have no problems taking your money though. For now they are only get 1 star which I can give them a negative score. Wish I would have checked there rating before I bought anything on there site.

I requested a $100 redemption from Sidepot Social Casino on March 4, 2026. The site states redemptions are processed within 3–5 business days, so I waited the full timeframe before contacting support.

When the payment did not arrive, I opened multiple support tickets and was told there were “technical issues with Coinflow” but that the redemption would still be processed.

This is concerning because the same explanation was given during my previous redemption about a month earlier, and the payment was only released after I contacted support.

The redemption is now well beyond the stated processing timeframe, and despite several support requests I still have not received the payout or a clear response.

Sidepot also previously called me directly to promote a discounted sweep coin offer, which is the reason I returned and purchased coins again.

Encouraging players to purchase coins while delaying redemptions is extremely concerning. I simply want to receive the $100 redemption that was requested and will update this review once it is paid.

3/17/26: 13 days after redemption was requested and a lot of communications with no responses, they finally processed my redemption. Updating from 1 to 3 stars.

Second redemption with zero response from customer support after multiple emails. Tried chatting and the bot sends the same response over and over. It’s only a $100 redemption that has sat there for 10 days. My first redemption was good: not this one!

Sidepot is another platform I enjoy very much as of late. Great selection of games, daily bonuses and quick redemptions. I recently have a redem for 800 pending. I've had no issue so far with redemptions but this one is a little higher so once it is appr I'll update to a 5*

I actually really liked this casino. I have been playing on it for a while now and finally for the first time got up enough to to cash out. I put in for my withdrawal but they say it can take 1 to 5 business days for it to be reviewed and then another 3 to 5 business days before it goes into my account. That seems ridiculous to me. Completely ridiculous. On top of that ever since I put in for the redemption my $1.00 daily bonus went down to $0.20 instead. If this site would get my redemption through I'll write a different review with 5 stars otherwise I think it's a joke for it to take that long. It's just a $100.00.

I'd love to give a 5 star honestly. The site is easy to manage, has super fun games with a nice selection... however payout is a bit on the slow side. Once we can speed that up a Lil bit, it'd be a 5 star review! 😊

Update: STILL NO REDEEM REQUESTED IT ON 3/6 WHEN I EMAILED TODAY NOWI AM TOLD THEY ARE EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH COINFLO AT THIS TIME THAT I COULD CANCEL AND RESUBMIT THROUGH AEROPAY. ARE YOU FLIPPIN KIDDING ME SO I CAN GO THEOUGH ANOTHER 5 DAYS OF WAITING AND THEN PROBABLY GET TOLD AT THAT RIME YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH AEROPAY!!!! Update: I am now understanding the issues people have posted about. I requested my redeem on 3/6 and it is still pending so until I get my redemption the rating will keep going down because this is so not like the Sidepot experience I am use to.

Update: very disappointed as my redemptions have always been processed very fast and this one is still in pending status.

I put in for my redeem yesterday 3/6 and I won off of the free bonus. This is my 3rd review for sidepot on my own, and I am verified and a REAL person. You win some and you loose some but just because I don’t win or get my redemption as soon as I request it I don’t give anyone a bad review. I have NEVER had an issue and I love this platform. There have been times where I couldn’t hit anything but there are times where I do. This will be my 5th redemption with them. I put it in on a Friday so I probably won’t see it until Monday or Tuesday. Please stop giving bad reviews because you don’t win. Keep up the good work Sidepot you guys are awesome!!

I was able to cash out my redemption. They said up to 5 business days and it took 5 business days. But I got my money. Waiting that long for a redemption seems ridiculous and only tempts the player to cancel the redemption and play the funds. Thankfully I didnt. They have unique "originals", and they offer great discounts on coin packages. Their customer support is lightning fast.

I won 1,500 on here when they first started as a casino. They were using aeropay and I couldn’t even redeem it. I had it sitting in my account for two months finally I figured I’d never see the money and started playing the 1,500 let me tell you I’ve never won on here again. I went through 1,500 and never won anything. After that I’ve made deposits from 30$ to 200$ and NEVER WIN. It’s all tons of deadspins and bonus rounds that pay nothing. It’s like they flipped a switch when I won money and I never win. I have no idea how I got up to 1,500 on here. i even hit a 500$ win on alien fruit 2 on a 1$ bet I hit a 500x.

When I first played I was getting tons of good bonus rounds and often then poof nothing ever again.

So far I have had no bad experience with this site. I have deposit money I had to lose not money that I needed. I think every one need to remember that. Today off the free dollar I was able to get up to 107 and I cash out a hundred to my Denver card at 1250. I'll make sure to update if any issue at when I receive my money. Good luck to you all

Sidepot is VERY unprofessional! They Have Been ignoring my emails for days!!! I even wrote them from a separate email and they were responding! VERY FAST AT THAT. When it comes to financial transactions, silence is unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately, I will continue escalating this publicly and through appropriate channels.

Redeem been pending for 24hrs, messeged support they said it'll take 1-3 just to be reviewed. The people on here claiming they got their redeem in a day are full of sh... Hopefully I can get my winnings.

UPDATE: My redemption was approved, I got an email from aeropay saying I will get it tomorrow, will update to 5 stars as soon as it hits my account.(Got in less than 24hrs) Do not use the push to card method to redeem, it like bugged use aeropay and you'll be good.

I haven't even won or redeemed on here yet but after reading some of them I just had to come and say. If you get your redemption, you should rate higher! The fact that you rated 1 star and you've got your money more than once maybe that'll get any company to ban you. I would lol I'm just being honest. Everyone should rate more logically and honestly. And if you say you'll update it, do it! We go by these ratings wether to sign up or not so please stop eating low based on silly things. Any business may have issues. I've been waiting on a redemption for about 5 days, so I messaged customer service and they informed me that they're having difficulty depositing payouts... It's a little nerve racking! But it's being my first payout from them I'm not sure how it usually goes but right now I'm not very happy with the service.

Put in for a redemption. Will update the rating if it processes quickly.

$1 daily sc is great plus they have good promos I paid $5 got 10sc 1 day and won $100 then 2 days later I paid $5-7 for 17 sc and won $300. 8 got my first hundred already took 3 days which isn't bad I've waited over a week for other casinos.
