To me the best reviews you can give are would you use the firm again and would you recommend it to anyone else. My answers are definitely and without hesitation.
I had three quotations from different firms when deciding to have shutters installed. Jim spent the most time measuring and explaining the different types of shutters available. He was meticulous and the price quoted was really value for money.
Simon, then joined by Jim, carried out the fitting and the expertise was first class. Very tidy and informative with great craftsmanship. Jim and Simon were very personable and timeous. Great workmanship and products speak for themselves.

I'm glad I contacted shuttercraft for my shutters, Jim Shaw from Glasgow called me on the same day and was polite and helpful I got an appointment from him 3 days later to give me a quote he arrived on time , Jim explained everything I needed to know , he measured my windows he also showed me the colours I could have, as I'm decorating my house and my colours are grey so I went with grey shutters, Jim told me the price of my shutters I was very pleased so I agreed to get them, the service was great and I'm looking forward to getting my shutters, I would recommend my friends and neighbours to shuttercraft it was good service from Jim Shaw and a great price thank you Jim.

Excellent service from start to finish. We thought long and hard before deciding on new blinds and very glad we went ahead with Shuttercraft. They did everything they said they would and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.Our blinds have given us privacy and also made our rooms seem very light.They have enhanced our decor.This was always a five star review and I am not sure why it showed anything else.
