The man on reception was friendly and helpful, and explained everything clearly. When I had a small issue he was very receptive and resolved everything quickly and without fuss. Very good service.

Excellent friendly and professional and knowledgeable service from Kieran at Shurguard at Wokingham. Took me through all the rental options and then showed me various units that were available, very clearly also fully explaining the means of accessing the storage facility, 24/7. I was very impressed and signed up immediately.

Friday we met Kieran at reception and he took us through the pricing, showed us around and pointed out various units that were available. He was so helpful and made us feel confident to choose Shurgard. We returned Saturday to confirm the unit required and again Kieran made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everything worked exactly as he had shown us and paperwork, costs, everything was as expected. I can not recommend Kieran and Surgard more highly. In such a competitive market, Surgard for us, had the service, pricing and business model for us. Very refreshing to find this level of professionalism, social skills and support.

Needed to clear a couple of rooms at home to redecorate so a bit of a 'spur of the moment' thing. Checked online, compared prices spoke to other people using self store and made phone calls. Shurgard had an offer on, so after seeing another company which I didn't feel comfortable with and was, I considered, expensive, I went to Shurgard and met up with Kieran. He clearly explained costs and discounts, showed me the unit, access and loading area (secure loading bay). We then managed to tailor the cost to suit. I had arranged my own insurance with a self storage specialist due to the value and period of rental (1 year). Kieran applied all the discounts on offer and a final figure was agreed which we were both happy with. I would happily recommend Shurgard to friends and colleagues. We have used the facility twice now without any issues and are very pleased.

Man at first port of call was super helpful and Kieran at Wokingham branch was also amazing, helpful and polite. Overall experience 10 out of 10.

I spoke with Valter about renting space with Shurgard and he was extremely helpful and friendly taking time to detail out a helpful breakdown of all costs and fees that I found very reassuring and reasonable. Very happy with overall price and service so far.

I have recently used Shurgard in Wokingham. Both Karen and Val were so efficient and very pleasant. Setting up was easy thanks to them. The security is very good. When I had finished I ran into problems in ending the rental, Val made sure that I was completely supported and a solution was easily found. I am very grateful to them
