I've never had a bad experience with this branch location. Always have been kind in person and over the phone. They helped me so much when I had to stop my contract. I wish I remembered all their names because they really deserve a mention. But thank you from the bottom of my heart. If they remember the girl who had way too many stuff and had no Internet.

I recently needed temporary storage while moving house and chose Shurgard in Tottenham. booking process was smooth. I reserved online and completed the process in person . The staff were incredibly helpful, showing me around and explaining how access works via the app. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to reach with trolleys and lifts available. I especially appreciated the flexibility to change unit size later without extra fees. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them.

Clean, slick, straightforward, professional; knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff

Quick and easy. Was able to choose the storage I wanted, reserve and move in all wihtin a couple hours. Facility is clean, will resourced and lots of dollies to help move things around.

They are cheap, easy to join, clean facilities and great app for accessing the building, managing your account and locker information. The customer service is excellent. Everything is clear and easy to understand. Definitely recommend amazing company.

You were okay but keep on shouting about trolleys and no assistance on site

Clean, efficient, no-faff on arrival (just walk in and the lock is in your unit ready to be used). 10/10

Slick storage space

Great attention to detail by Adil and exceptional customer service.

The building is very smart and clean. It’s my first time in using a self-storage facility and didn’t know much of what to do or how it works but with the assistance of the staff (Alex & Adil), whom were very helpful, supportive and welcoming, I got done what I needed to do. Very happy all round.

The staff at the Tottenham facility are exceptional. Friendly, knowledgable and very helpful.
It has been a fantastic experience so far, and I would highly recommend.
