Shurgard Self Storage - Tilburg Anmeldelser

Goede uitleg hoe het werkt.
Werkt perfect met app.

Hospitable staff, gave me a good orientation of the storage faility

The processing of the application for the rental of the storage space was really fast. The receptionist at the personal meeting was nice and explained and showed everything.

5 sterren dus!

I recently had the pleasure of using Shurgard for my storage needs at their Tilburg location on the 10th of June, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of storage solutions.

The staff at Shurgard, particularly the lovely lady who assisted me, were incredibly kind and helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, providing clear and detailed information about the units and services available. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile were truly appreciated.

One of the standout aspects of Shurgard is their transparency. They deliver exactly what they advertise, with no hidden costs or surprises. This level of honesty and straightforwardness is rare and highly valued, ensuring peace of mind for customers.

The storage units themselves are clean, secure, and easily accessible. The facility is well-maintained, and I felt confident that my belongings were safe. While the prices may not be the most competitive on the market, the quality of service and peace of mind they provide make it worth the cost.

Overall, my experience with Shurgard was outstanding. With excellent customer service, transparent pricing, and top-notch storage facilities, they deserve a solid 5/5 stars. Thank you, Shurgard, for making my storage experience a positive one!

The staff is very kind and helpful. It’s really easy to use and it feels safe to entrust Shurgard with my things :)

Super, wszystko szybko i dokladnie wyjasnione. Pomoc przy instalacji aplikacji, poświecona uwaga i wyrozumiałość. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i z czystym sumieniem polecam!
