I honestly can’t recommend Shurgard Self Storage Ruislip enough! From the very beginning, the team have been absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Whether it’s answering questions, helping find the right unit, or just offering support during a stressful time, they’ve been consistently kind and understanding. You can really tell they care about their customers, and that makes such a difference.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.

Great storage unit, clean, well maintained, helpful and courteous staff at the counter. Everything worked smoothly and was very efficient and convenient

The store is very clean & very secure. The staff are friendly & extremely helpful. But I would advise anyone without a smart phone NOT to use this store. To gain access during the full hours available, you have to use the smartphone app, If no smart phone, you can only get in during office hours when a member of staff is available to let you in. Otherwise 5 stars, not 4.

I was moving house around Ruislip and needed a temporary self storage. A gentleman called AB introduced himself and explained all the details for my rental. Great value for money and very good service. Storage are clean and easy to access. I would use them again if needed.
