Shurgard Self Storage - Reading A33 Relief Road Anmeldelser

Absolutely amazing customer service! Karen was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Friendly staff at the Reading store. Also good service and info from an earlier phone call. Got to see a couple of units to help my decision. Well done all around.

Excellent service from Edward and Karen

I had a fantastic experience with Shurgard Storage in Reading, particularly thanks to Edward and Karen.

Edward was absolutely amazing from the moment I arrived. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure I got the right size unit for my requirements, rather than simply trying to sell me the biggest option. He genuinely went above and beyond to help and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

Karen was equally fantastic — friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with.

Both Edward and Karen are a real asset to Shurgard. It's not often you come across people who take such pride in looking after customers and genuinely care about providing a great experience.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Reading Shurgard team, and I hope their management recognise what two fantastic members of staff they have in Edward and Karen.

Thank you both for all your help!
