Whilst I'd ben given all your information I still didn't understand it all. She was patient and informative and enabled me to understand your system

First and foremost the staff at Norbury are amazing it’s the policy I have a problem with. I feel misled as I have been renting 2 storage rooms and they increased the rent so I downsized which had now left me in £400 credit which I NEED back but Shurgard is telling me they can hold it for credit 😱 no one told me this! I do NOT see that in writing and I BEED my money as I was plunged into debt because of paying for 2 storage rooms plus the £1000 to hire people and van for 3 days to move and downsize from one storage room to the next. The excuse I was given is that if I left your company I can get a refund 😱. I’ve never been late to pay I do not owe you anything I REALLY NEED MY MONEY £393 back asap! I need management to contact me asap as I have now made an official complaint.

I received assistance from Susan the manager at Norbury Branch (great ambassador for the company BTW). She was extremely thorough and informative. She gave me lots of useful suggestions concerning my move from Home to Storage. I would absolutely recommend using Shurgard to anyone considering a unit for any length of time. The units are clean with bright lighting and access to the units are very simple…

I needed some boxes recently and used Shurgard before for boxes. To my surprise, you no longer sell these in store, which is disappointing. What turned this into a positive experience was the help of the manager, Sue. She advised me of what I needed and how to buy this online. Having worked in CX for years, I can hand on heart say she’s an asset to your business! Also, sell boxes in stores again!!

I went into your facility in Norbury a couple of times to discuss my concerns regarding moving and storage the lady that was on duty Sue was so helpful regarding my concerns about storage I have several issues that she was able to put my mind at ease I will definitely be using your company when my family need storage and I have given her name to several friends thinking about moving and needing storage she is a great ambassador for your business

I went into the Norbury branch of shurgard self storage last week to find out about a unit as i am soon to be moving home .
A very nice lady called Sue was so helpful, as I really didn’t have the first clue about sizing of units.
She was so nice, nothing was too much trouble and she was so patient with me even if I was probably asking far too many silly questions !
She clearly knows her stuff and is a great credit to the company .
I shall be returning shortly once i have a move date sorted .

Very easy to arrange storage through the website. Sent my access code promptly, and no problems accessing the storage facility. The Shurguard app works great.

Your staff were very helpful, understanding and courteous to make me understand about the facility and its appropriate usage - made me so comfortable about storing, being my first such experience. Thanks Nic and Daniel for all the help provided

Moving house is stressful but if you find a great store manager like Daniel who gives you lots of storage advice and accommodates your needs with both care and attention then at least organising your storage is one less thing to worry about! Highly recommended.

The service is good and somewhat affordable but it's a shame that I wasn't able to choose the floor and wasn't even aware that there were floors in a first place.

Super convenient, cost effective, and easy to rent and use. Units are great sizes and the whole place looks fresh and clean. Staff super helpful.
