Staff is friendly and helpful
Staff is friendly and helpful. Gave us all the information in a very polite and nice manner. Storage is fairly priced and clean. Seems very secure and I definitely recommend using this service

Amazing contract flexible move in dates
Micheal was very helpful
We had issues with arranging the date of our contract start date but Micheal was very accommodating and adjusted the contracts multiple times

Very easy process
Very easy process, great price. Booked storage online a few weeks ahead in the Neasden branch, was contacted by phone shortly after by a rep who explained how everything worked.
Popped in a few days later to pick up the lock and sign the final paperwork. Michael was really friendly and helpful, and allowed me to view the exact storage room to get a good sense of the space. Excellent service.

Total rip off company!
The annual increase meant that the monthly bill went from £117 to £140! Not like that have an extended heating bill as all is cold storage - which means what you store get damp. Rodent dropping have been found in the unit! Only one of the two lifts is working. The outside gate keeps being broken and now they want more money! Total rip off company!

I'm surprised, customer service Sam was so helpful, professional and friendly at same time. Its first time when I'm using Shurgard and I will recommend to all of my friends. So sad that feedback is not working , as I want to leave my 5 star to Neasden customer support Sam.
