Drastische Mieterhöhung
Im April 2024 erhielt ich die Ankündigung einer Mieterhöhung von effektiv 42%. Damit erhöhte sich der ohnehin bereits hohe m2-Preis von 34,67 auf EUR 49,26. Vorschläge meinerseits den Mietpreisanstieg zu begrenzen wurden abgelehnt, ich könne ja in ein kleineres Abteil umziehen (was den m2-Preis natürlich nicht reduziert). Aus Sicht eines langjährigen Kunden ist dieses Verhalten völlig inakzeptabel. Nie mehr! Achtet darauf, dass im Vertrag Mietanstiegsgrenzen festgelegt sind.

The facility at Laim is modern and clean with easy access to individual storage units. The manager at this facility was very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung
Unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr gute Auswahl an Lagerflächen. Eine Laderampe und vor Ort befindliche Plattformwagen ermöglichen ein schnelles Ausladen. Gute Beschilderung innerhalb der Lagerbereiche, die sehr sauber sind. Sehr netter Kontakt und Beratung vor Ort!

Kristina and Murat are phenomenal. They are excellent with their care for customers and are fantastic representatives for Shurgard security which I can confirm is absolutely secure. It is easy to have a great deal of trust for these facilities because of the surveillance and awesome employees. Thank you Kristina especially for all your help and guidance. Straightforward internet booking
Anyone familiar with Germany and the internet knows that the services one can access online tend to be limited and that in-person hoops are always part of the process. Not the case here. I booked online, received a confirmation email and later another one with information on my reservation, and it was all ready for me to bring my things.
Aside from that, the facilities are all that can be expected and thus satisfactory. The only member of the personnel I interacted with was very helpful, too.
