Really easy to arrange and move into…
Really easy to arrange and move into storage. Online experience was very good, and the guys in the office were really helpful. Overall, I thought it was a great experience and probably one of the best I have had for self storage.

The worst experience
The worst experience. Awful customer service, didn’t let anyone know that over a whole weekend there wouldn’t be any disabled access to the building. Didn’t even email to warn me or even apologise. When I asked when it would be sorted they said the next day only to arrive the following day and nothing was fixed. Wasted money on vans and taxis to get there when they could’ve just emailed to say the branch wasn’t operating normally. The worst self storage I’ve ever used. Access is much easier and efficient and fair better customer service

Caroline and Ross is a credit to the company. They provided excellent Customer service throughout the process. I was actually on my way to collect keys to units I had reserved from my local Big storage when I saw this office,went in, received pleasant greetings,very professional. So I cancelled that reservation and booked with shurgard. It was worth it.
