Very good service
The efficiency of the system is very good.
I just booked the storage from another country, made the ID validation online and after that everything was settle and I was free to go without needing to go by the office which makes everything super easy because you can go in from 6am to 11pm which gives you a big range of times.
With the app you can unlock the door without even getting out of the car.
The instructions were clear and everything was as expected.
Everything was perfect, easy and comfortable.

Can't fault the staff here.
Moving is always stressful. However, Val and Alfonso made it so much easier than expected. They could not have been more helpful.
Friendly, transparent, clear, exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble and they clearly enjoy their jobs. A big thank you guys.

Best storage in town
iT was very easy to book storage on line as it shows the unit sizes in way to easily understand the volume I need for my needs.
The experience with the staff that helped me on the day to show me how everything works with the app and the location of my unit were amazing and very helpful .
Made everything easy for me .
The best think I liked is the access times and freedom to get in between 06:00am and 11pm everyday of the week.
That’s what made me change from my previous storage.

very easy and straight forward to book…
very easy and straight forward to book and get checks done on line. The only issue is the locks, they are a barrel type that only shurgard do!! The store was very helpful and sorted out the issue without any fuss.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Alphonso was in on the day with impecible customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to help, even stayed after closing time due to my late arrival. All done withing minutes paynig to having keys to the storage.

The customer service from Alfonso was excellent and the storage facility exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend Shurguard to anyone looking for storage space, I can’t speak for the other sites, however Hanworth was a calm and relaxing experience, Alfonso was professional helpful and provided excellent customer service.”
