Shurgard Self Storage - Greenford Anmeldelser

Shan answered all questions, went above and beyond and made the moving process so much easier than it was going to be.

Nothing was too much of an ask for him. Would highly recommend Shurgard Greenford because of Shan!

Mandy, the customer service person @ Greenford, was so helpful and really went the extra mile for us which was so appreciated on a stressful day.

Helpful staff at reception (Mandy) and straight forward sign up process. Storage unit was not like the dimensions online. Parking was not easy due to limited space

Everything was straight forward. Mandy at Greenford branch was very helpful too.

Mandy gave us amazing customer service
She was very helpful patience and friendly

Process was smooth and quick
She took time to show us more than 1 unit to make it easy to decide on size that we needed .

.

Hi, I recently rented a unit at greenford and Mandy was a great help dhe made the process so stress free and straight forward. Thanks Mandy

I went to this branch a few weeks ago to buy some boxes and see some of the storage units that are currently available. Mandy was very helpful and let me know about reserving a unit for 30 days until I know the exact date that I'll be needing the unit from. I would have given a 5* rating if they still sold bubble wrap and had the larger size boxes I needed, but Mandy's service was top notch.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and welcoming

Everything was fast and smooth, the girl on the reception was very helpful.
I think her name is Mandy ( hope i m not wrong). Thanks again for your help

Easy to register, 24/7 access availability, phone control through app.

Shan at the depot was very helpful and even helped us find a more suitable location due to the size of the furniture. Great effort and well done

Great induction from Shan at Greenford a real asset to The Company

I took a storage this month. I wanted to book online but I couldn't understand 1 step so I give them a call. Mandy promptly answer my question and make sure that everything went smoothly and fast.
She was very nice and I really appreciated her help.
Thanks again

Account was overdue and contacted by accounts department on 29th October.
Told them I would pay on 31st as that is when I receive my private pension.
On the 31st I paid with the email link that had only been sent.
Then after a week or so got message to say account is overdue as I had not paid the late payment charge of £20.
I normally pay that as I normally get another email with a link with charge added.
But couldn't as it was not sent and promptly at 5am on 31st with link supplied.
I rung Shurgard on 11th to explain what happened as I am now getting messages of futher charges if outstanding balance of £20 is not paid. I explained I have no money until Friday 29th November when I get my pension again.
Was told Shurgard would contact me. 4 days later no call but still being sent messages of outstanding balance.

We were here for unit and Nadia was super helpful and we are very happy with her service
