Wiring hanging out of the ceiling in corridors, lift faulty, no communication that the lift was faulty, unhelpful assistant manager, generally a substandard and unacceptable service. Would recommend you go elsewhere

Carmen, Rachel and the top man Neil have the best customer service and are the best representatives of Shurgard. 100% pay rise should be awarded as they’re worth their weight in gold!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The process of reserving and renting a space online was smooth and effortless.
Moving in and app activation all straightforward.
Even received a courtesy call from Carmen(fantastic!) at the Fareham depot, to check in and make sure everything was okay and the space I had was adequate.
All in all, a fantastic service, facility, unit and customer service faultless.

Very easy to set up and smooth running once we had booked our unit. Staff very friendly, organised and professional. It was very useful to visit and speak to staff before we booked to help in choosing the right size of unit and seeing the layout. As a result loading and unloading went smoothly as we were on the ground floor and close to the door. Easy to use App with no problems. Units were clean and secure with plenty of different trolleys to use. Would highly recommend using this facility.

Setting everything up and receiving advice and help were excellent. Any time I had questions or needed advice I received good service. Carmen was especially helpful.

From start to finish the customer service has been exceptional and use of the unit has been a godsend during a house move. All aspects of the unit feels secure and I felt confident my belongings were well locked after.
