Shurgard Self Storage - Croydon Purley Way Anmeldelser

Anthony was very clear on the phone with everything he needed to check and the call was very efficiently handled.

Safe, easy to access, very good to deal with. We are a small business and Shurgard provide very good value storage for documents, office equipment and other sundries.

Overall, a great storage facility feels clean and well maintained with excellent security, convenient opening hours and a very easy to use app. The customer service has been fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional, and any questions I’ve had have been dealt with quickly. Well done Shurgard Purley.

Received great customer service today.
Cathrine greeted us and showed us around explained the process of everything.
Staff are welcoming and friendly

Thanks Ryan and Matt!

Went to secure a much needed space and was uncertain of how the system works. Glad to have met Ryan and Matt in the purley way branch. Super helpful and detailed. Explanation and service was really comprehensive.

Thanks guys!

Great service from Trevor and Kieran. Knowlegeable, patient and helped me arrive at the right size of unit to match my requirements, thank you.

At the time when i needed storage quickly shurgard i found what i needed staff was very helpful if in the future i need them again i will use them again

It has been very quick and easy to rent a unit with Shurgard, would recommend checking it out if you are in the market for a unit.

I recommend 👌

5 stars for Darren. Very helpful.

Darren and Matthew was very helpful. Help me change my lock unique of my unit and fixed my broken door. They were nice polite and had good customer service. I would definitely recommend.

Darren was exceptionally helpful in showing us around the available units.

I had a really positive experience at Shurgard Purley Way, thanks to Joe. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. Rather than pushing for a more expensive option, he took the time to understand what I needed and actually helped me find a more cost-effective solution.

It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this honest and considerate. Joe made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I booked and paid for a storage unit online and received multiple confirmations with access codes the day before my move. When I arrived with my moving company, the gate wouldn’t open.

The next day I found out my booking had been cancelled because I hadn’t sent proof of address – something they only asked for after taking my payment. They never warned me the booking would be cancelled, just blacklisted me instead.

So they:
1. Took my payment before verifying me.
2. Confirmed my access through three different channels.
3. Cancelled everything without notice on the move-in day.

Completely ridiculous. Fix your system before taking people’s money.

Excellent facilities and customer service.
Currently using for house move, would highly recommend.

Thank you so much

Very quick & easy to arrange. Fast and professional service from the company, all arranged same day and the team were very helpful.

This is my first time of using storage.

I love the seamless online procedures and the prompt response. However, I was disappointed when I got there and realize that the space assigned to me wasn't spacious enough to accommodate up to half of my load even when I explained to the rep the nature of things I have. This make me seek alternative storage to accommodate other stuff since it was a Saturday night and manager was on ground to assist in reassignment. I ended up spending more than I could've spent in a bigger storage.

Staff were very helpful showing me a number of units before I booked online, price was great compared to others. Site security is excellent with easy access using the app. Packing materials available from reception. Only minor gripe could do with selling bubble wrap as well.
