Necesité ayuda del personal de recepción y tuve una atracción excelente. Las instalaciones están limpias y en orden. Disponen de carretillas muy útiles para facilitar el traslado de material.

Very late opening, poor service
I had an appointment confirmed by email for 10.00 on 30 August, to check in and get all my stuff unloaded into the unit. I met my moving company guys at 09.45 at Shurgard Evere. The office is supposed to open at 10.00. It did not. I phoned the number on the door three times. First I was told someone would be there in a few minutes and he was stuck in traffic. I do not think this was true. On the third call, the person on the phone tried to help me gain access remotely. This did not work because I had not yet done the check in procedure in the office. At 11.00 someone finally turned up to open the office, by which time I was very upset, and crying. The guys who were due to unload my stuff had another job to go to, and I had fallen over in the pouring rain (tripped on the doorstop outside the Shurgard office and fell on the ground). It's fortunate that I did not break any bones. The only reason I'm giving two stars is that the guy on the phone at least tried to help me get access. But this was really, really poor. You do not keep paying clients waiting outside in heavy rain for an hour with no explanation.

Excellent service et experience tres positive. Nous sommes tres impressiones par l ensemble de l etablissement et de l agencement du batiment ou il y a notre box.

Un service client incomparable
J'avais besoin en urgence d'un box. J'ai fait toute la réservation en ligne. Arrivé sur place tout était prêt, les informations données était claires et vos employés étaient ultra expérimentés, gentils et avec un service client impeccable.
