Nikki in Bristol was fab, so helpful and clear in explaining how things worked. Would highly recommend her and Shurgard to anyone looking for additional storage space.
Everything feels very secure and is a well organised system of entry and exit leaving me feeling reassured that my items were safe and sound where I’d left them.

I've been using Shurgard for the past nine months to run my small business from, and I genuinely couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Their rates are extremely competitive, the access hours are excellent, and the staff have been nothing short of fantastic. They're incredibly accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile.

A perfect example was when I needed to move into a larger unit on my own. What I thought would be a relatively straightforward move ended up taking far longer than expected. The team couldn't have been kinder or more understanding, giving me extra time to get everything finished, probably well beyond what they were obliged to allow. This was on a Friday, too, when I'm sure they had better things to be doing!

It's that sort of genuine kindness and flexibility that really sets a business apart. Fantastic service from genuinely lovely people. I honestly can't speak highly enough of them.

Nikki at Longwell Green was very helpful & friendly. The storage units are clean & tidy and easy to access via the app.

The staff are great and the storage is clean and dry. My gripes are that Shurgard assume all users have a smart phone with the app installed - if, like me, you do not then access is restricted to office hours when a member of staff can provide access. I haven't compared with other storage providers, but I feel prices are increased more each year than is necessarily justified

I've been coming here for near on a year now and I can't fault the place, its safe & my unit is exactly what I need for storing my stuff.
The member of staff nikki is always there for support anytime you need her which again is fantastic.

We hired a larger unit for 6 months whilst we moved home. The staff were helpful when I first approached Shurgard for a quote and advice; showing me around the site and explaining how the leasing worked. When I took on the unit, they guided me through the features on the App and how to access the unit; especially out of hours.
A couple of times during the 6 months lease, Shurgard contacted me to make sure all was going ok.
When I gave notice due to completing the move, again Nikki was helpful in explaining how to vacate and leave the unit, as well as offering some leeway if things didn't go to plan.
Overall, an excellent and professional experience.

Nikki is an absolute star! I've been renting a storage unit for some time, and naturally been getting it emptied as there's things we don't need any more. Nikki phoned me recently asking how things were going, and if the size of the unit was still OK. After mentioning I could probably go to a smaller unit to save on money, she mentioned coming into the office, to see what could be done.
Went in today, sat down with Nikki, and managed to move into a smaller unit (which still has plenty of room!), and save nearly £100 a month!

We used the Longwell Green branch during and after our house move. The facility is first-class and proved to be invaluable. The units are quick and easy to reserve, clean and competitively priced. Admin is very straightforward through the app. The security system in place is reassuring and easy to use but also flexible to enable shared access with family members. Times for access are also really convenient. Customer service and support from Nikki and Paige was exceptional. They are both very good at what they do. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff really friendly and helpful. We have been helped by both Paige and Nikki, both of whom were remarkably professional and pit us at our ease, all the while being incredibly patient as we struggled with technology!

I went into the LWG branch today and Nikki was fantastic. She asked me about the items I would need stored, explained about the unit sizes and security measures and then showed me inside a unit that was perfect. Booking was really straightforward and Nikki was so helpful. Thank you!

We don't generally get excited about storage, but this place fits our needs perfectly, and a decent annual lease price, and the option to use private insurance. Highly recommended!

I booked a Shurgard unit on a weekend to support with moving house. I used the online process to do so, which was very easy to navigate.

As the office was closed, I was concerned about how long it would take for me to be able to access my unit, but within an hour I was informed that my unit was ready and I accessed it the same day.

The app made entering the building easy and the facilities were well kept and clean.

On the Monday, the staff at the unit called and emailed to follow up on my experience.

All in all, it has been a great experience and I would recommend, especially given the reasonable pricing.
