I had a really good experience, during office hours Torak helped me find my unit and instructed me on everything I needed to know. Great service!

Straight forward service with a smile and very thorough. Great setup, extremely safe and secure. Only minor issue is that there is no light in the storage unit.

Access is straightforward with one simple code to memorize. The parking lot in front of the building and the trolleys allow easy moving of your items.

The only reason you are getting 3 stars (I would give you 1 if not for a star employee) is because of your employee saved the day. I made a reservation online and received a confirmation email with a code. I hired a car, filled it with boxes, travelled 30 minutes on a Saturday in traffic, arrived and there was no record of me on the system. How can this process be so flawed? Thankfully your star employee talked us calmly through everything and got it sorted. If you aren't going to invest in your systems, pay your staff more who are picking up the pieces of your failed so-called-automated processes.

Overall smooth experience. The automatic online handling is an improvement over the previous situation where signing the contract happened over the phone and in person after making a reservation.

The staff at the facility was helpful and friendly and the facility was modern and clean. Only downside was that the units could no longer be closed with any regular lock but only custom made ones... I bought a lock specifically for my storage unit last time, thinking it would last me years and now I had to buy another one.

Der Kontakt und der Service sind sehr gut gewesen. Alles sauber und perfekt organisiert. Allerdings hatten wir echt Glück, dass wir mit unserem Sofa gerade so durch die Türen gekommen sind. Diese Durchgangsmaße müsste man vielleicht auf der website noch vermerken, damit man keine bösen Überraschungen erlebt. Vor allem wenn man einen der großen Räume mietet, wo der Zugang zum Raum auch groß ist, bleibt immer noch die Limitation durch die Eingangstür und die Türen in den einzelnen Fluren.
Sonst aber sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt auch Transportwagen, die man sich nehmen kann...so ungefähr im Ikea-Möbeltransportformat.

Sehr guter Service, guter Lagerraum und gut zugänglich.

Bisher ist alles sehr freundlich, kompetent und informativ abgelaufen. Es war alles ganz easy und unkompliziert, in den Lagerraum, der sehr gepflegt aussieht und gut mot Aufzügen erreichbar ist. Das System funktioniert super! Gutes Konzept. Nun muss ich sehen, wie das funktioniert, wenn die Sachen länger dort gelagert sind.

The storage is super clean. Booking is easy and fast. There was a lack of information about the suitable lock for my storage (not all storages use the same lock), but the issue was solved rapidly.
