Shurgard Self Storage - Ashford Anmeldelser

stars

Daniel at Shurgard made upgrading my storage unit at Tottenham really easy. I'd booked a 65 sq ft unit and realised we had more stuff than we thought. He sorted the move to a 100 sq ft unit over the phone, and when I asked for the details in writing he confirmed everything within minutes. Friendly, quick and clear, which is exactly what you want in the middle of a house move. Thank you, Daniel!

The staff at Shurgard Ashford are always very helpfull and the location is kept clean, tidy and accesable.

Staff were always friendly and helpful

Shurgard were very efficient and I was very happy with the service I received over the 12 months I used their facilities. Dan was always willing to help with any queries and his service was second to none

Easy check in! Clean units and brilliant staff!

Manager called day after we moved in just to see how we got on! 10/10 service! Glad we chose to store our goods here :)

After a technical issue with the booking system I spoke with a very helpful young lady at the Ashford site who worked extremely hard to solve the issue and help me move forward. When the tech catches up with the efficiency of this young lady things will be as much five star as this young lady

The staff here are great. If you have any questions or queries they are always more than happy to help.

Easy to book & when I arrived staff were polite & helpful. Checked my booking, showed me to my unit & explained access / use of the unit.

Had an excellent experience with Shurgard Storage. The sign-up process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The facilities are spotlessly clean and very well-kept. A huge shoutout to the Sarah, who gave an amazing tour and showed fantastic knowledge, answering all my questions effortlessly. Exceptional customer service—highly recommend!

Clean, bright, well run storage unit. Very helpful staff. Easy access. Plenty of differing sized trolleys to move items around the site.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend. Stored a few times excellent every time.

I have stored with Shurgard before when it was Loknstore, the transition was smooth and Shurgard have been a great storage company. I have had my unit for 8+ years it has ideal opening times and the staff are lovely especially Sarah and Dan the manager both professional and always on hand to help.

I signed up for a years storage. Everything was covered in detail and perfectly by Alex, very personable and helpful. Many thanks

I went in today to buy boxes and was helped by a lovely lady, believe her name was Sarah. Excellent service and even helped me build one of the tricky medium boxes which seemed to need an instruction manual to build. Will definitely be back to buy more.

Sarah was the most accommadating, really happy with her service. Thank you!

Great facility. Alex was so helpful and went out of his way to make things as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend
