Yusuf was brilliant

Yusuf was brilliant! He was quick , efficient and friendly. Best customer service I’ve received. Thank you to restoring our faith again in Shurgard. This was the Alperton store

Shurgard removed light

Shurgard removed light - cannot see inside unit
To all existing Alperton Park Royal renters please check your units for light as they have removed a light outside my unit (which is at the end of a dead end) and as a consequence I now cannot see anything inside my unit. I have been a loyal customer of this branch for many years. Always paid via direct debit and now this has happened. Main customer service line very unhelpful and the branch is not open on Sundays.

Why did they remove the light and are still charging me full rent?

Michael was fantastic

Michael was fantastic! He explained everything clearly and gave me a tour of the storage space. He was very polite and showed me how to use the app etc.
