Shred Nations Anmeldelser

Dropping my truckload of documents to be shredded was an easy process. Staff immediately greeted me and did the unloading for me. It was easy and reasonably priced.

I called the general infomation line and they were helpful, but the local company never called me to set something up. Won't be using this service. Even if they were really busy they could have reached out with an email.

No service . No review

I received excellent service. 5 stars

TrueShred was responsive to my needs and quickly set up an appointment. The tech called on time and the shredding was done quickly and got to watch my papers being shredded on a TV monitor right on the truck. Neat and confirmation.

I requested a quote. Contact me with a quote before you ask for a review.
I won't be using your service.

I called shrednation for a rush job and they were able to get 2 companies to contact me within minutes to make arrangements.

I just found Shred Nations on the internet after many frustrating calls to other companies. I called this morning, had two quotes within an hour and all my boxes are already shredded at a fraction of other companies' quotes.
My husband and I are so appreciative of the customer service of your staff, of the response of the people with whom you work, and with the courteous and helpful manner of the company who did the job!
I will recommend you to friends and family!!
Thank you so much!!!!

Deon was so sweet and personable when I called about an inquiry. The price is acceptable and Ron the truck driver had to be dying in the heat but still showed up with a smile :) thank you! We would recommend you

Personable yet professional in response.

I put my information in for what exactly I was looking for and in less than 10 minutes I got a call. She was very nice, and to the point. She had a couple of questions for me that I did not thing to put in my quote request. I appreciate the speed in which I received my call and how fast the call was.

We called to inquired about shredding services. Someone was supposed to call us back, but we never received the call back.

Someone had called me back within a couple of mins of submitting my request. They gave me several choices too. Thanks guys!

I received a quote in 5 minutes-could not have received better service

They deal with several shredding firms. Got a prompt reply. Good price. Driver showed up on time. Very pleasant and professional.

So far I haven't received any assistance after speaking with a representative. It's been 2 weeks.

We were closing our business and I forgot to ask for service in a
proper time frame, they made my request happen, I appreciate
the service I received!

Excellent customer service and took care of all my residential shredding needs.

Had two garbage cans full of paper to shred. Truch drove up the driveway and dumped them into the hopper. I watched the in side and out side shredded papers. Signed the papers and paid. No issues at all.
