I post this on the Facebook group but it is worth sharing. I am blown away, blown away! I got the OS KO Guardia Defensor months ago and he came with one of the props on the rotar broke off. I put in for an after sales service request. When they emailed me back, they weren’t optimistic, they suggested I try gluing it, but they said they would try for a replacement. It wasn’t a big deal. It’s small and fragile, hell I could have broke it at some point. And I totally forgot about this until today: I just got in the mail not one but 2 different replacement components to fix it.

Now that is on top of when it got sent to me it was pretty late. When it arrived the box had a full side of stamps and a little water damage to the inner box. Idk what happened on its journey to get to me but Show.Z Store was clearly determined that my bots were gonna get no me! This is the customer service to strive to!

Not to mention that despite the products coming from literally the other side of the planet, they come relatively fast and packaged obscenely safe. In another instance I had a part missing they couldn’t send me a new one but gave me credit nearly worth half the product. Communication is obviously fantastic and interaction with the customer/fan base with promos and sales, helps build loyalty.

Been shopping with ShowzStore / Gundamit for a long time and overall received excellent service and products. They have great communication and are solid to resolve all realistic issues within their ability. They have very competitive prices if not the best and also have a great members rewards system that lower cost and provide discount on purchases. They have a preorder system that cost a low amount (usually around 1$) for most items and allows you to cancel anytime and only require to pay full balance amount within 14 days of when the items becomes available and ready to ship. Shipping is great considering that items are directly shipped from China. Being from USA - California I’ve received all my items within 2 weeks but usually around 10 days or less. All shipped items are provided tracking and packaged very well with corner guards, bubble wrap and the shipping box is also wrapped in plastic to protect against water. They also have a great after sales support that will solve realistic issues with your delivered products do to damage or missing parts. Overall ShowzStore / Gundamit are trustworthy and dependable and I highly recommend them.

ShowZ Store has always been a great place to shop, with good deals and genuinely helpful customer service. If I've ever run into issues with any of my orders (broken or missing parts, delayed shipping, etc.), their communication has been open and consistent.

i've ordered only once from them and so far, nothing went wrong. they pack their boxes really well.

i'd give a 4.5 but that doesn't seem possible? wanted to take a bit off the top since they don't have low stock indicators on individual items. it's not a requirement but it would be very helpful.

Site has a lot of selection of great products. I have ordered a few times, and only had one incident with an order which took almost 3 months to get here. Other than that, other orders came at a timely manner

They ship at a consistent speed, answer any questions you may have at a timely rate, and offer really good prices with a good system to give you some form of money back for other purchases! Ive never seen other websites do it this well, especially the premium member bonus.

Never a bad experience. Staff is always thoughtful, easy to communicate with, & quick to resolve. They’ve been my first choice for transformers toys, especially 3rd party and higher end figures. Best prices and fast overseas shipping. They also offer rewards points & frequent promotions. Everything I’ve gotten has been in pristine condition. Best place overall.

It's not the low prices, the free shipping, the meticulous packaging, or even the reimbursement of store credit if a product goes on a deep discount shortly after purchase, but it's the quality of the customer service that keeps me a returning customer. I know that if something goes awry, ShowZ will work to make it right. And you can't a price on that.

My orders are processed quickly and shipped securely. Every one comes in a strong box with packing, the box has corner supports and then the whole thing is sealed in a plastic bag, which is great given how much rain we've had in the last couple years.

They often throw in a sticker sheet which is appreciated.

Their third party prices are often very competitive, it would be good to have a full price for pre order rather than unknown, it makes budgeting difficult. I tend to not order until the final price is known.

I haven't bought much official product from them because they aren't often competitive.

It's a bit amusing when an order with 3 items is shipped in 3 separate boxes from different locations, but whatever works.

Overall they are a great store and have become my primary go to for new stuff, especially newage.

Learned about Show.z roughly a year ago, been using them mainly ever since. The prices are competitive and fair, often better than every other retailer i browse. The free shipping is fantastic, best packing i've received, but most impressive is their customer service. They've earned a loyal customer by being a dependable and reliable retailer, than seems to actually care about their customers.

I have been ordering from Show Z for many years and always had positive experience. Before it used to take longer for shipment but lately, it seems to come much quicker even from overseas. Just received 2 packages which was ordered approximate less than 2 weeks prior. As always packages are always protected. I’ve accumulated so many corner protector that it’s become part of my collection. Over the years, it’s been many thousand of dollars spent but now I really have to be very selective on what I purchase because of space. Very reliable online store.

The shipping was what blew me away. It was fast, and the package came completely intact. Best of all, I could track the package as it made its voyage. Other things of note would be the low prices and wide range of figures to choose from. 10/10

The store brings soo much help for the colleccionist amd brings a lot of help when something happens, like get a replacement or give us more information about an issue with any figure.

As a new TF collector I have found most online retailers' websites are pain to navigate and confusing to find what I'm looking for. ShowZ is my go to website and 95% of the time beat every other retailers' prices. Shipping is more than reasonable and their customer service is excellent.

They aren't just a transformers toy store, you can notice right away the store is made by fans for fans, one of the best customer services i have ever seen, they always go one step further with events, competitions, sales...is just a great place to increase your collection and at the same time in their pages to meet great people, 10/10 recomended
