First, your meds arriving frozen: We ship Tirzepatide in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs from a 503B pharmacy—FDA-regulated, top-tier quality via BPI Labs/Olympia, adhering to cGMP. Stability studies confirm it’s safe and effective if frozen—just thaw at room temp, then refrigerate. A card notes 60-day room-temp stability! The “Do Not Use If Frozen” label is a precautionary measure from the manufacturer to discourage improper storage in a freezer, which is not recommended. Also, the Mayo Clinic cite (“Do Not Use If Frozen”) applies to brand-name pens like Mounjaro or Zepbound, not our 503B compounded vials, which differ in formulation and stability. We explained this when you reached out, but we’re sorry if it wasn’t clear—we could’ve done better.

Second, feeling the meds didn’t work: You said you were “starving” and saw no loss after a month, unlike past companies. That’s tough, especially on a teacher’s budget. GLP-1 like Tirzepatide is a marathon, not a sprint. The first 4-6 weeks are a warm-up—little or no loss is normal. By months 2-3, 1-2 lbs/week kicks in; over a year, it’s 20-25% of starting weight. Fluctuations and plateaus happen, often resolving with a dose tweak. You flagged this after one month, so we couldn’t adjust or troubleshoot hunger. Thousands see progress by sticking with it (see reviews!), but it’s gradual—not 20 lbs monthly. We wish we’d had more time to help.

Third, the customer service claims: Greg Howard, one of our managers, engaged with you via text to assist. We’ve reviewed every message—nothing was harassment or spam. Greg responded promptly (often within minutes) to your questions, clarified your concerns, and even offered extra medication at no cost when you got more than expected. When tensions rose, he respectfully canceled your prescription at your request and wished you well. When you said you felt like you were “injecting water” and weren’t seeing results, Greg called that “absurd”—not to dismiss you, but because this is a prescription medication from a 503B pharmacy, regulated by the FDA to the highest standards, not some random supplement off a sketchy website—it’s on us if that came across wrong, and we apologize for any hurt there. Screenshots exist on both sides, and we’re confident they’d show our team trying to help, not harm.

Carla, we bent over backward—fast replies (day or night), extra meds, and multiple attempts to help. Your demand for more after one month, without letting us adjust your plan, felt tough to meet, especially when you threatened to pull your review (which you’d praised us in!). We’re not perfect, but we’ve helped over 13,000 patients lose weight safely and effectively, and we’d have loved to do that for you too. When you signed up on February 18, 2025, you chose our T1 starter package for Tirzepatide, which is a GLP-1 medication. This package is meant for people who are just starting out with Tirzepatide or those who need to ease into it with a lower dose, as it's pretty strong and needs to be increased carefully. We trust patients to pick the package that fits their needs—which is like choosing the right vacuum bags. Given that you had been on semaglutide (another GLP-1) at 0.40 mg for six months, a higher-dose package might have been better for you. Since we didn't have your previous medical records or a complete intake, we sent exactly what you ordered.

After you started your first dose and didn’t feel any effects, you got in touch with us on March 1. We explained that Tirzepatide is indeed stronger than semaglutide, but your initial dose (and even the bump to 30 units, or 7.5 mg) was still on the low side compared to what you were used to. When signing up for a prescription medication like Tirzepatide, all patients are required to complete a detailed medical intake, which includes uploading a valid ID (e.g., driver’s license) and a full-body photo to confirm eligibility (BMI of 27 or higher). For those requesting a higher starting dose, proof of a previous prescription is also needed so our doctor can approve it safely. These steps replace an in-person or video visit and ensure we meet legal and medical standards.

In your case, we received an image of a door instead of a valid ID, and the required body photo and proof of prior prescription were not provided. Without this information, our doctor could not approve your prescription, and your order was canceled promptly to avoid any delays. We communicated this to you multiple times through our secure patient portal and offered guidance on how to submit the correct details. Unfortunately, we couldn’t proceed further without the completed intake.

Regarding your bank transaction concern, we want to clarify our process, which is outlined on our website, FAQs, and checkout page. When a patient signs up, we place a temporary authorization hold on the credit card to verify its validity and prevent fraud. This is standard practice to ensure a smooth process for everyone, including our doctors, who are compensated as soon as they review a file. No charge is processed until the doctor approves the prescription and the pharmacy fills the order. In your case, since the order was canceled, no charge was made, and the authorization hold was released, typically dropping off within 1-3 days depending on your bank.
