Shore Excursions Group Anmeldelser

Mary was very helpful. Great to talk to a human being!! AI and menus frustrate and force me to other vendors.

We booked and paid for a schooner eco-tour in Key West for 10:30 on 9/29/2026. Contacted the tour operater when we arrived in Key West and they didn't know anything about the tour and didn't have one scheduled. We called Shore Excursions Group and verified that there was no communications between Shore Excursions Group and the tour operator. We received apologies and a refund for the tour, however, we had planned our day in Key West around that tour and was left without an excursion and no way to plan one on the fly. It ruined our day, since the excursion that we were promised was a 5 hour experience that was advertised by this company and they did not deliver.

The Shore Excursions Group assisted me with setting up Alaskan Shore excursions for Juneau, Skagway, and Sitka , Alaska during RCCL 9/11 thru 9/18/26 Alaskan Cruise.
The Three Shore Excursions to Juneau, Skagway, and Sitka, Alaska were amazing! The Tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The Tours ran about 2 1/2 hrs. to three hrs.. The scenery, wildlife, and various waterfalls were beautiful. The price range of the tours ranged from $75.00 to $150.00 per person and well worth it.

Great customer service - excursion experts were well informed and most helpful. Booking online was very easy.

We had a very good guide who made the experience interesting and enjoyable. We saw plenty of the main sights and felt safe at all times. The only negative was we had to make our way to Segway base which cost us about £60. We have done many similar trips in the past and have always been met by the Segway's or bikes or picked up in a mini van.

I love saving lots of money compared to cruise line excursion costs

The process and options were clearly represented. It was easy to review the tour agenda, pricing and customer comments.
One step that was not quite as well defined was listing customers and birth dates. Entering "names", then "names with dates" resulted in double booking. Eventually I entered name one with date beside "Names" and name two with date beside Birth Dates. That went to Cart and invoiced properly.

Very easy, good tour choices.

Easy to shop and purchase excursions online.

Comfortable and we saw amazing coastline and various animals. We were happy with this cruise.

Easy to use site with many great excursion options.

I was concerned that we might not get our e-tickets in time. I was slow in requesting the excursion. When I called them directly the young man assured me I'd have it in time. Turns out it showed up in my e-mail only hours later. Thank you for your help.

Excellent info on your website & easy to navigate!

Excellent description of tours ... very helpful to read and evaluate reviews. Love the "return to ship" guarantee. Makes shopping for shore excursions apart from cruise a much easier decision!

Good information, easy to book

Easy to find the excursions I was interested in. The prices are less than the cruise lines

We booked 2 excursions through Shore Excursions for our Alaska cruise. First time using them, so was interested to see if they were as good as everyone says. Both excursions were excellent and significantly cheaper / better organised than the cruise ship tours. Highly recommend.

We did a best of Athens excursion with tour guide Agatha during our Mediterranean cruise. Agatha was so knowledgeable! She made visiting historic sites in Athens so much more enriching! I give Agatha 10 stars… Her professionalism, courtesy, and wonderful attitude made the day extremely enjoyable despite a bit of rain :-)

I love that I can look up my specific cruise and the website provides the correct dates and all the tours associated with them. Makes shopping and booking excursions so easy! I also love the return to ship guarantee, that is very important to me.
