superb customer service

I am very happy with the product itself and great to get a good night sleep , but although they claim to take credit and debit cards , it doesn't give you the option to do so when ordering , and have to pay by bank transfer and send screen shots , which is a right pain when you are not sure how to do it being elderly , and can not get through to my bank as they requested a phone call from me for my last order when trying to pay , but they are not answering , making it very stressful , so for this reason i can not get hold of my last order , Please put debit or credit card options on when ordering , would make it so much easier , for now i have had to go to another company that does accept debit cards , but would like to like to stay with zopiclonedirect if possible

It’s really easy to order what you need and they always arrive within a few days and the packaging is always discreet

We’re supposed to double up on tablets as they are now coming from China, instead they were sent from UK and we didn’t get the extra. I’d borrowed money off friends and family in order to get the extra tablets. My invoice clearly said in comments 1000 extra tablets from China.

My first email was ignored, my second said they must’ve been caught in customers and my 3rd email finally had a tracking number, weeks after I placed the order/

I would of given 5 stars I had to wait a long time for my last package they normally deliver in 2 days the last one took 8 days but they are still a good company an I have been using them for years I hope to see 🔵 in UK to UK delivery soon 👍🏼 thanks Derek.
