Product sent that is not as advertised…..at all. Also missing parts rendering it unusable. No response to emails sent. Awful company. Avoid.

The game box stopped working after a week, just did on turn on anymore.
Tried to email the support/ return team in May 2025 and still they have not come back to me. Did not accept the return.
Order no. 6835 / Return.
Something not right about this company and very unprofessional communication.

I purchased a game stick that didn't have several games and when I mentioned it. They removed the games off the website. I was in email contact but it would take them a month to get back each time. I sent the gsmestick back and they have had it since January 30th. Since then no response. I would avoid doing business with them. Their excuse every time I email them that they are busy. I guess they are not busy enough to help a current customer. I would've put -2 stars but they don't allow this. I have been emailing them since November of 2024.

They gave me a fake ghd straightener, and they refused to refund even though I contacted them in just 5 days after receiving the product.
Very bad customer service. They never respond to your mails or calls. I had to struggle a lot to get their head office number and call them.
They don't even give you a invoice of purchase.

I think the best thing about shoprush.com apart from its great prices is that the shipping is generally quite reliable. It is sent using Royal Mail (with tracking) and it almost always arrives within 2 weeks.

On the few occasions where I have had to send queries to the customer service team, they have always replied promptly and politely. A prompt and polite response is always much appreciated by me.

I placed an order for the TIGI Rockaholic shampoo and was very pleased to see i didn't need to pay any delivery charges. The product arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged with foam chips. Also received a free sample!
Overall good service and happy to buy from you again.

Was absolutely thrilled to find a product I wanted to try at such a great price! Sadly the wrong item was sent and after a lot of going forward and backward finally admitted item no longer in stock.
I did eventually get a refund, but I am extremely hesitant to use again.

I never recieved an order so I lost 60 euros. I have been emailing them, but no answer.

So save yourself trouble and never buy from them!!

Sent me the wrong items, promised to put it right, weeks of emailing and they send me another wrong product, ignored emails and can never get through on the phone. They say they are sending their parcels as tracked but they are not. Incompetent. I have four unwanted items.

Don't place any orders with shoprush. They sent me the wrong products, so I emailed (as indicated on their email/website) no response. Called and went through to the warehouse. Told the warehouse manager I'd had no response from customer services and he didn't sound surprised. Asked me to email him and 'cc' customer services, still no response. Called several times but when the lines are busy it asks you to email. On their site it says they aim to reply to emails within 24 hours. Well 5 emails and 1 month later no response.

It's clear ignoring customers is a deliberate policy. You can get all the products they sell through much better online stores.

I ordered two products from them mid December and still haven't received them.
I have contacted them by email and have tried calling them a number of times for status but am getting no replies. As it has been two months now, they are obviously ignoring me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. There are so many companies out there, offering the same products at the same prices. Terrible customer service.

I ordered some Kerastase products at a brilliant price with lots of fab freebies which came very quickly. One of the freebies was missing and when I emailed the company to let them know they replied immediately and sent extra for the inconvenience. Never had such good customer service, really really impressed and would definitely use themaagain.

I bought a couple of Kerastase products from Shoprush, these arrived promptly with a very generous number of Kerastase travel sizes which I love for taking on holiday. One of the products I bought had a fault (the spray was broken) so I emailed Shoprush. I received a swift reply and a full replacement was with me within days. I'm very impressed with the level of communication I received through to resolution.

Ordered some Kerastase products - great prices, delivery within a couple of days & even got some freebies as I had ordered 2 products. Had a problem with one of the products & the staff couldn't have been more helpful in arranging a replacement.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them & will definitely buy from them again.

My order didnt reach me and of course, I sent an email enquiring about the delivery status. They had replied to all my emails sent, and replaced my order with another delivery, ensuring that I received it the second time round.
Their prompt replys & flexibility in handling me, an overseas customer - I am impressed. Thank you ShopRush!

I purchased a demoligica face wash, not only is it an excellent product, Shop Rush sold it at a very good price and it arrived in good time.

after visiting shoprush for the first time I was delighted to see so many great products that I decided to buy all my friends and family Christmas presents with them. I placed an order for nearly £300 and they all arrived within a day ! all packaged neatly, nothing damaged and nothing missing.! All my Friends and Family were delighted with their presents ... and it was the easiest Christmas I had for shopping !! i since had an aunts special birthday and I treated her to a lovely Elemis gift box that really looked luxurious .. but great value . i will be using shop rush again.
