The jacket is really nice, but I think the size is off. It is much smaller than my other North Face jackets. Disappointed

Nomads is a favourite for my scooter parts and accessories for many years now. Every necessary correspondence has been met with great customer service and resolution. Highly recommend shopping Nomads. 10/10!!!

Called about a refund because the company is shady and selling out stock they can’t get rid of so they show you a picture of what you want on their site (in this case I wanted a black shoe), then send a confirmation of the item but in tiny almost white writing it says what you are actually getting (happened to be a brown shoe they were sending).
Telling them this on the phone, the owner says it is the customer’s job to realize the mistake, even though the picture STILL shows a black shoe!
I said I want a refund it’s the wrong shoe. She says she will send me a shipping label, and she will pay $20 and I have to pay the rest when the return is complete. She gets the shoe back, then only returns me $50 of the $105 I paid! I said you owe me another $35 and change, she says no, no one told you that. You have to pay a huge shipping cost to return the item on your own. Wth. Crappy company. Now she has the perfect original shoe back to sell to someone else while I am out of pocket $55 and have nothing to show! After they scammed me with the wrong shoe! SCAMMERS

Excellent knowledge and very helpful advice

As advertised. Speedy delivery. Properly packaged.

This is the second purchase I made with the store, my second purchase was difficult, because one of the two items chosen (swimsuit) was not in stock, reason for which my delivery was delayed two more weeks, at this time I have sent several emails requesting information on how to make a return of a product (inline skates ROCES M12) because the size is not correct, I have waited for over a week without receiving a response.
