Items arrived damaged. And not with the correct personalisation. I have emailed them and received no response.

Absolute scam artist. Placed an order in April and still haven't received it. Contacted her over Facebook DM, email and through her website and never got a single reply. Clearly likes taking people's hard earned money!

I would leave zero stars if I could!
sent me the wrong product at Christmas time said they would refund after i emailed them but took them 3 weeks to reply and to send the product back I sent all the tops back at my own cost at the beginning of January and have been chasing my refund since- I would avoid this company at all costs! They are AWFUL!!! Now they are ignoring my emails and have kept my money - disgusting company!!

Never received my order. Sent emails and received no response, wish I'd looked into them more because I'm not the only one, absolute scam Please DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered 3 children’s T-shirts 6-12 months, 2 - 3 years and 3 - 4 years, 2 in dusty pink (looks like coral colour) and 1 in dusty blue. Order was delivered after at least a week and 1 of the T - was blue instead of pink. Sent shopminivip an email and started a live chat to correct mistake - no reply for over 2 weeks! Would never order from this outfit again.

I have given 5 stars mainly because the quality of the hoodie is very good. Its a nice weight and a decent quality. The chest size was smaller than stated so I am glad I went up a size. I like the length of the hoodie. It's nice and long and covers the bum. The printing is nice and sharp.
The only let down was the time it took to arrive. I was offered express delivery with a guaranteed delivery 23rd/24th December. It didn't arrive till the 3rd January. I wasn't desperate to get it early but I thought it would be nice. When I contacted the company I got no reply or acknowledgement to my email. Paying the extra for express delivery was a waste of money and should not have been offered if they can't guarantee the delivery date. Christmas or not
Yes I would buy from them again because the hoodies is a nice quality. I would definitely not pay extra for delivery, or order if I needed it quick.

Personalised Christmas Eve board took over 5 weeks to arrive. Ordered for my son for his 1st Christmas.. it didn't arrive in time. Seen lots of negative reviews online saying they hadn't even received theirs. So I guess I should class myself lucky I received it at all. Disappointing as I ordered my other two sons one from here over the years (one is 4 and one is 12) and I've never had a problem until now.

I ordered a Christmas eve board for my new granddaughter on 10th October, despite being quoted 3-4 day delivery my item has not been delivered. I have emailed 3 times now and all they keep saying is we will let you know when it is dispatched. I'm so dissapointed as I was really looking forward to giving the board to my granddaughter.
