I made an order on 24 of June, asked them a few days later what's going on and told just no worries, your order will arrive. Two months later they responsed that the order was lost and they offer 40% refund because they lost money too. Worst site ever. Do not order!!!!!

Do not use this site ...SCAM...paid for sliders then heard absolutely nothing ..no order conformation no reply to messages !! Had to open dispute with bank .
AVOID.

I never write reviews but this has been the worst online shopping experience ever .
Purchased 2 pair of sandals the 29th of July received a confirmation that the money been taken out of my account and today the 15 of August after 10 emails with no response I find myself in a situation where I have to contact the bank .

Worried I will never get my money back or ever receive the goods .

Stay away from this site !

UPS can't find the tracking number they gave me, they have no customer service phone number and don't respond to emails

Terrible ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter on the 23/06 received conformation and receipt for payment but that’s it. Despite multiple emails nothing no goods and no response to emails. On website still shows as pending 2 1/2 weeks later
Never purchase from them again

I got a receipt of sorts just after ordering but since then nothing atall. Tried to reset my password to find out when or if my order will be dispatched, but no link email sent. Not sure if I’ll ever get my order or refund,,, pls can someone help?

The confirmation e-mail came after a bit of time, so don't worry about it. Shipping from Italy with FedEx. Nice, quick, no complaints and the shoes I got are great!

I made an order for two pairs of shoes but it crashed and I received no confirmation of the order. I then went on to order again and was charged twice. I read some reviews on this site and began to worry, I did try calling but the number rang through. I emailed them and they got back to me about 10 minutes later and refunded me for the double charge, and my shoes arrived in perfect condition about 3 days later, they were very helpful. I would order from Melissa again as I love the shoes, but I do think their website needs work.

Placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation straight away so checked the reviews and started to worry, I emailed them and they replied the next day saying this can happen and my three pairs of shoes arrived 4 days later. I placed another order the following week as they had an offer on and I love Melissa shoes and again received my order this time 5 days later well packaged.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The worst website in website‘s history. No confirmation, no order number BUT still payment went through within minutes of order. Totally a rip off. Stay away from the website!

Shipped a size 9 when I ordered a 10. Returned item but no response regarding refund. Will be contacting my bank to claim my money back

Horrible experience and horrible customer service! First and last time to buy on this site! Dispatch time really slow! No communication at all! No emails regarding shipping! Made mistake and shipped only one pair when I bought two pairs and again lack of help! I don’t even know if I will be receiving my second pair! Worst online purchase experience EVER!

ordered on sunday 8th/July , still hasn't shipped goods out on 13th/july .
it is not good enough comparing to any other company who wants sell things online.
