Ordered 1 fragrance diffuser and 2 refills. They charged me $78 shipping. I tried to cancel (within a few minutes) but was told they can’t pull back the order at any time. They said I could return the products but shipping would not be refunded so whats the point. I will never order from them again and if I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I ordered a mattress online and received one in the wrong size (smaller than what I purchased). Despite providing all the requested information multiple times, including photos and measurements, I have now been dealing with this issue for over three weeks with no resolution.

Customer service keeps asking for the same documentation over and over, as if the case is being restarted every few days. There is no accountability, no clear timeline, and no real effort to correct a very straightforward mistake.

This situation should have been resolved immediately by arranging the pickup of the incorrect mattress and issuing a refund. Instead, I have experienced delays, poor communication, and complete inefficiency.

For a brand associated with Marriott, this level of service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing large items from Shop Marriott based on this experience.

I purchased a set of mattresses in 2021 hoping to enjoy the same comfort as in the hotels.
It was great for about two years.
Those mattresses are pretty heavy to flip around which you are supposed to do every three months. After four years, we were sleeping so badly that we even turned then at a 90 degree angle and had a 180 long by 200 wide bed!
I finally reached out to customer service who requested pictures, measurements etc.. but we ended up receiving a brand new set of mattresses and box springs

The Marriott signature linen set was not at all as advertised - what arrived was a 50/50 polyester / cotton blend that was so rough and scratchy to the touch that it irritated my skin. There's no reason why a product advertised as smooth and soft should contain polyester. The sheets in no way resembled what one finds in actual Marriott rooms. I only discovered the fabric makeup after opening the package, which meant I could not return the product. What a scam! AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I cannot stress enough about how much of a nightmare this process has been. It's been nearly a month and I still don't have my pillows I ordered. At first, they would communicate back when I tried to find out what was going on, but now they don't even respond anymore. I think I might have to do a credit card charge back for FRAUD. You'd think that charging hundreds for a pillow that they could afford to hire someone to manage the logistics of shipping!

Booked a “deluxe king room” at Marriott and got stuck in a tiny room with two doubles and a busted AC. I paid extra for that upgrade and they didn’t even care. Front desk just said they were full and couldn’t help. I didn’t sleep all night and had a job interview the next day. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible pillow that goes flat and they want me to pay $70 to return 2 pillows for refund.

Waited more than 3 month for a matress order. Supposed to be 4-7 wks. I talked to customer services few times, always the fault of the delivery agent....lack of serious. Amateur service. Order canceled after 15 weeks.

I purchased a set of two down pillows with protectors, but they are flat and useless as pillows. When I tried to return them, I was required to speak with a customer service representative. The only information the representative provided was the return address, and they informed me that I would have to cover the shipping costs. This policy is ridiculous.

Ugh, wish I would have looked here before I invested close to $200 for two of the Marriott pillows! Just returned from vacation and best sleep ever and decided to go with "5 star hotel" pillows. I will say shipping was quick and we were delighted the 1st night. Fast forward 3 nights later and these pillows are as flat as a pancake 😞 NO way are these the same type pillows as hotel use. I went to site to see about returning and am now aware that they cannot be returned 😑 Oh well, the dogs will receive a treat as I'm going to use these in their crates. Make sure you check out return (or lack of return) policy before you spend a good chunk of money! Sweet dreams....

Took a bedding survey about new bedding. Said I won a pair of pillows just pay shipping of 6.99. My cards fraud protection stopped it asking if I did it for 29.92. Is this a scam by an outside source?

We purchased a mattress in January 2022 from shopmarriott.com. The mattress was delivered to us in May/June. After about a year, it is already sagging in the two spots that we sleep. We are not big or heavy people. We are very fit people, but even if we weren’t, this should not be happening after a year. We are now waking up daily with back pain and we are not happy. We have spent countless nights sleeping in Marriott hotels and loving the mattresses so we decided to purchase one. This is not of the same caliber or quality. This mattress would not hold up more than a month or two in a hotel. We are completely dissatisfied and disappointed with Marriott knowingly selling an inferior product and trying to pass it off as the same product used in their hotels.

I ordered 2 standard-sized Marriott pillows along with protectors and pillow cases. Upon removing the pillows from the clear zipper shipping cases, I noticed they looked wrinkled and lumpy, not the crisp and well-shaped pillows on the Shop Marriott website. Once out of the clear cases, they had noticeable dark stains, unidentified fibers, and clearly what appears to be stray hairs on and in the pillow. None of these items appear to be the normal “fill” materials of a pillow. Both pillows really look like they have been recycled from actual hotel use. I am calling tomorrow to arrange for a return.

Do not buy their pillows. I purchased 2 down filled pillow with the protectors. They were under filled and do not support the head very well. I called there customer support and was informed there is nothing they could do after the 30 days. Customer service rep was condescending and unprofessional in handling my call. I spent a little under $500 for these junky pillows. These are not like the ones that you have at the hotel.

I was so impressed with the cloud-like softness of the pillows in Marriott hotels, I finally parted with the cash to buy one down and 1 Marriott pillow. First they shipped 2 down pillows. After 5 calls to customer service, they finally shipped the other. This is nothing like the pillows in the hotel. Every night when I lay my head on that awful pillow, I feel let down by this crappy, over-priced brick. The down pillows are under stuffed, so I end up with nothing under my head. Marriott, you now are my biggest disappointment, every single night.

The worst experience ever.
I ordered the signature pillows, which they arrived in 3 days.
The quality was poor, the box was damaged, no return labels or invoice in the box.
Although I paid for transport plus taxes, on my way back I had to pay again the transport plus taxes. And my case is not yet closed.
The pillows looked cheap and though, with no difference from Ikea or other shop.

I planned to purchase 2 complete sets of bedding but after seeing the prices, I bought 2 Queen size Pillows and Pillowcases to begin with, thinking I would purchase the rest over the coming months. When they arrived, I hurriedly put the pillows into their covers but was surprised to see the pillowcases were baggy and around 6 inches (15cm) too big with lots of fabric flapping loose at the end. I measured the covers to find they exceeded the measurements for Queen size covers but their measurements were an exact match for their King size pillowcases and felt I had simply been sent the wrong size by mistake. I emailed the company to find out their return procedure which they replied to by asking me to send them several photographs of the Pillows and their covers. I duly sent them the images and repeated that I had simply been sent the wrong size but was shocked to read their reply which stated they had not sent the incorrect size at all. They wrote that the covers were not too big as they fully expected them to shrink in the wash. I replied by asking if the fact that the covers sent to me matched the exact measurements given for the King size pillowcases was purely coincidental? Furthermore I asked if they would replace them if they still did not fit my Pillows after I had washed them as I couldn't see them shrinking by the 5 or 6 inches required. Emails continued to be exchanged until I finally decided to cut my losses and simply not purchase any further products from them due to fear of further problems. I had always felt prior to this that the Marriott brand had very high standards. Sadly, I no longer feel this way with this experience making me question my future hotel bookings. A real shame as the Pillows are super comfortable and it really shouldn't have been so hard for them to rectify a simple mistake.

I bought two King size pillows. These pillows were flat within two days. Avoid this company!

Very bad experience with the Marriott sheets sets horrible cheep quality feels like sad on the body all wrinkle no not buy do it buy from them you will have a nightmare no returns no refunds I have bought manny sheets at 40.. which have been in better quality and some did get refunds an return no not buy beware not great policy with them

Ordered a bed in November of 2021. Was supposed to be in before Xmas. Called Jan, Feb, and March. They said they lost the bed. How can you possibly lose a bed? I cancelled. And then weeks later the bed appeared. I have since been waiting weeks to have someone pick it up and refund me. This company is an embarrassment.
