Free Spirited is the very best at customer service that I have ever experienced. The responses were quick and explanations clear and helpful. My questions and issues were addressed kindly and effectively.

the response time was great to my question. the information was some what informative. things do move a little slow.

My shirts were too small but they were responsive & gave me several options to remedy it. Erich emailed me numerous times telling me about the return label, etc.

These are great shirts. Nice quality fabric, vibrant colors, overall really nice. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because I ordered pride shirts May 28 and got four of the five I ordered on the last day of June.

Hopefully it’s because they were super busy from pride month orders.

I hadn't realized the monthly membership fee was a hidden deal on the check-out page. When I saw that after I had ordered and done an internet search on if the products were made in the US I learned of it so contacted the company right away. I had an immediate response that it would be removed. I appreciated the very quick and positive customer service experience.

I ended up with a membership I didn't intend to have. When I contacted the company, they were very understanding and helped me end the membership and cancel the charges. Also, the products I purchased were first rate! All in all, I highly recommend Free Spirited Clothing.

Angie was very helpful and very quick to respond with a resolution. Although I was disappointed that the t-shirt i wanted was sold out.. I had other options. Hopefully the shirt I wanted will be back in stock soon :)

There were a lot of designs to choose from. Had a hard time deciding. The quality of the shirt is excellent, and the shirts arrived quickly. Very happy with the product and the service.

I had a membership inquiry and they were very fast and courteous answering me back. It was much appreciated!

Valerie’s help with a problem I experienced was greatly appreciated and she got it all sorted out quickly.

Angie was quick to respond and very accommodating. Angie displayed patientience and professionalism I'm her interaction with me.

I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription for this company however when I called customer service to inquire about this I was able to cancel my subscription was refunded the money I paid for the month.
