I had a billing issue that carried on for quite a while. Going back and forth with my CC company, we finally figured it out. The staff was courteous and helpful until the issue was resolved.

I had to return an item and I e-mailed to Free Spirited explaining why I needed to return it, I was e-mailing with Marc, and he made it so easy. Sent me a Pre-Paid Shipping Label that they would deduct the shipping amount from my return, which was fine by me...and then I let him know that the mailman took it and scanned it at our office. He then e-mailed me back, acknowledged that it had been sent back and that my refund would show up on the original account that I bought it on, shortly! Very easy!

The order I received didn't fit. I wasn't sure that I would be able to exchange them. I sent in a message telling my story. Angie returned the email really quickly. Asked me if I wanted a refund or an exchange. I loved the shirts. Angie again responded right away with a return label. And she made sure the order I will be receiving was correct before going forward. Customer service is unusual these days, so Angie's quick responses were greatly appreciated. Keep up the Great work!

0 stars regarding Free Spirit's practice of charging customers a monthly membership fee of $24.99 plus tax without providing clear and conspicuous notice during the purchasing process.After making a purchase through the a Facebook ad for this company, I discovered on month later a charge of $24.99 plus tax being billed to my payment method. At no point did I knowingly enroll in a membership program, authorize recurring monthly charges, or sign up for a free trial that would convert into a paid subscription. The enrollment process, if it existed, was not sufficiently disclosed in a manner that would reasonably inform consumers that they were agreeing to a recurring monthly membership. Consumers should be clearly advised when a purchase includes enrollment in a subscription program, the amount of the recurring fee, the billing frequency, and how to cancel the membership.I believe this business practice is misleading and potentially deceptive because customers may reasonably believe they are completing a one-time purchase when, in fact, they are being enrolled in an ongoing membership that results in recurring charges of $24.99 plus tax each month.Consumers should not be charged monthly fees for services they did not knowingly agree to purchase. I believe Free Spirit should provide greater transparency and obtain clear, affirmative consent before enrolling customers in any subscription or membership program.

Extreme professional service. Only took one email to solve my issue and they were on it within 24 hours. I will be buying from them again...their merch is top notch!

When I made a purchase from your company, I did not realize that I purchased a membership. I contacted customer service and Charlene was very helpful. She canceled my membership and issued a credit for me.

I was confused about a charge from Free Spirited and sent an email. Angie quickly and politely replied with the explanation - which actually should have been obvious to me all along. She then went out of her way to let me put the credit onto a gift card that I can use as I wish and I still had this month's credit. And this was all done very quickly. I was already a fan of Free Spirited and am now an even bigger fan. The shirts themselves are - here comes an overused word but applicable in your case - awesome!
