Customer service is very personal and professional…and friendly not mentioned the beautiful hand dyed clothing!!!

This company is fraudulent. I have been charged 26.45 which is a monthly fee for some kind of subscription, something I did not agree to. As for the shirt I ordered the neck had shrunk before it ever got to me and was tight.
UPDATE: the day after my review a representative emailed me stating the membership fee had been refunded, an apology was made and a $10 Prepaid card was promised.

Not only are all the clothing products (I have long sleeve T-Shirts, short sleeve T-Shirt, and Tank Tops), well done and come out as pictured, but the colors are rich and vibrant even after several washings. Just love their work, and there are so many wonderful colors and designs to choose from. Even better their customer support is absolutely wonderful. I made a mistake in one of my orders, and they gave me options to choose from to remedy the situation. I choose to exchange them for my correct size. The exchange was easy, and the replacements were sent out quickly. I could not be happier! Highly Recommend!!!

This was my first purchase from 'Free Spirited Clothing, and I was not disappointed!! The colors were so vibrant and clear!! I bought a long sleeved hooded tee, and a short sleeved tee, and they were beautiful! Ordering was very easy, delivery fast, and the fit and quality 👌🏻 I would recommend this company and the product to all my hippydippy friends and family!! ✌️❤️

Excellent customer service. My problem was handled very quickly.

During my move there was confusion as to which address to send to. They reached out, I explained the situation, so they sent my orders to the correct address.

The customer service is second to none. I have never had a company try so hard to accommodate me. They care about people who support and buy their products. I’m delighted that I can get help with anything like this.

I ordered a few shirts and realized one was the wrong size. It was too late! I only noticed after placing the order and immediately emailed customer service. They responded within the next few hours and had already updated my order and fixed my problem! They were so on top of it and I am so appreciative of their help and getting things handled so quickly. I would 100% order from them again. I can’t wait to receive my awesome shirts!

I had not realized that I signed up for the membership and wondered why money was continuing to come out of my bank account. I inquired about that and realized what membership actually meant. I was able to delete the membership thanks to the company who was very responsive and understanding of my situation. I was dealt with respect and I appreciated that! And the shirt I bought was of excellent quality!

This online business is a scam. Once you make a purchase they will continue to charge your payment method.

I love love love my shirts. The only thing I would like to see more of is womens v-necks in darker colors. I will definitely order more.

I really appreciate the integrity of this company. Superb customer service. Especially these days when you mostly deal with AI in these situations. Although I can’t afford the subscription at this time I am really happy with the shirts I received.

I love the shirts I’ve ordered. In fact I like them so much, I reordered. The quality of the shirts is exceptional. The order and shipping process is a breeze. Communication is fast and informative. I highly recommend these shirts. You will LOVE them

Love the design choices and colors. I wish the shirts were more uniform in labeling and fit and not a fan of the really short sleeves and sort of awkward cut on the T-shirts I received.
I may try a long sleeve to see how they are.

The shirts are beautiful and the material is soft. The order was shipped quickly and they seem to be good quality.
sadly I ordered a large based on orders I place with another retailer and Large isn't the same with these. I can't wear them - but I will gift them.

Was signed up for a $24.95 monthly membership fee without knowing.

After calling and emailing for a refund, the reply was telling me the benefits of the membership, and if I really wanted to cancel.
After checking with the BBB, they were called "Free Spirited Co", and after having the same complaints, they changed their name in 2025 to Free spirited clothing, to continue the same racket.

Great shirts. I ware tye dye almost everyday. Ordering was easy. Shipping could have been faster but not a huge issue
