I just love and adore my Shirts, thank you!

I misunderstood their website and accidentally signed up for some kind of membership... It was a misunderstanding on my part but they were happy to help me correct it by sending me a prepaid Visa for the amount that they had taken out of my account... And then they cancel my accidental membership LOL.. honest and great company

I ordered and paid for 3 shirts in June. Received my shirts. In July and August they charged my debit card $26.88. For nothing! I look into it and they called it a “membership fee”. That’s crap. The company is misleading!

They were very fast with their response and also made sure my questions were answered. Very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely appreciated the response time becuase my issue was about my address. Would definitely buy from them again! Thank you for all that you do

I had originally misunderstood the membership program that Free Spirited offers. The customer service staff was able to educate me about how it works and work out a deal with me to make it a win-win. Very helpful staff and very responsive. After dealing with a good number of online retailers in the past without such positive results, it's nice to see a company that shows its high regard for customers. Their products are quality too and I will be checking their website often. My compliments to this business

Not really what I expected. The shirts were cotton but the tiedye colors weren't vibrate or what was posted. The neck holes are small. I had to strech it, my sister even said it looked uncomfortable. I can see a man have trouble with this. Fit was awkward but for the price, I kept the two I ordered. Then I found I paid a dollar more for only XL. I read on reviews to order a size up. A large would have not fit. It claimed they were a name brand cotton Tshirt. It was not, a company I never heard of. Didn't even have a Free Spirit tag. Usually, you are only charged more for 2X and up. Read they shrink on washing, I have not washed these yet. THEN I found a charge for 25.95 on my card. I did not make another order. I learned from Google the company, Free Spirit, automatically signs you up for a reoccurring subscription fee!! Absurd! They claim they are closing?? Then why a reoccurring subscription charge?? Very fishy company!!
Will not order again.

I really loved the picture on the website for the Siren shirt. When I received my order, the colors were not like the picture. The shirt reminded me of the Slushie style instead.

Had an issue that was resolved very easily. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to email.

This company is the most deceptive I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We got scammed by their so-called subscription, my credit union flagged the scam charge and I had to have debit card cancelled and request a new one. Now multiple times a day I get denied charge notifications constantly. Customer service tells me that it is fixed but every god damn day I get these notifications. Their ISP needs to shut down their web services as they are a complete fraud. Buyer beware!

The company is friendly and responsive, with good tees and quick shipping!

I love my new t-shirt. The sizing is perfect and I received it quickly. This is a great company to use.

The fit and quality of the clothes

I was very pleased on my mystery tie dye t shirt when it arrived this week!! It was prompt arriving within the 5 business days as promised. The colors/design were pleasing to the eyes and perfect. 👌 I loved that it was a true fit for my XL shirt size. The shirt I received is comfortable enough! 😍

Their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. They helped to stop automatic payments for a customer who passed away and even refunded the payments that were made after his death! Definitely one of the better places to have dealt with in the case of a deceased customer.

I had a question and Valerie answered it efficiently, and seemingly, with a smile.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size shirt. I contacted support immediately after I sent in my order, asking to correct the size. I was contacted very promptly, by Erich, who informed me he had changed the size on the order. Great service.

I needed to return two of four t-shirts. I requested a link to a return label and it was handled quickly, professionally and exceeded my expectations! Great job!
